Decent hotel. Big clean rooms. Good space. Friendly staff. Always very helpful. Helped book me a taxi to Bholagonj Sada Pathor (even though the taxi was expensive)
The bed sheet was a tiny bit stained one night and the pillow cases didn't look that clean. They changed it when I requested.

Hot water wasn't 24 hours . Only morning time there was hot water in the bathroom. Hotel situated very busy area .

-Spacious, clean, well organized rooms. The space in tbe rooms were more than enough. -Well Furnished furnitures , clean sheets and curtains -Wide and clean washroom. Has hot water option -Very well behaved staff. They are very prompt and humble. Specially Mr. Halim at the reception was simply amicable to talk with -Has a very long loby. Soothing paintings are all over the hotel -Items in the complimentary breakfast were tasty
-Doesn't have a hot water flask to make your own tea. Which I found in lot cheaper hotels -Only two, 500 ml bottles provided in a room for two -Complimentary breakfast had too little options to choose from -Mattress could be a little more cozy. Number of pillows could also be increased.
