The spacious room clearly showed that a lot thought has been given to the layout, the provision of storage space and kitchen equipment, turnable TV, power points, light switches, air conditioning/heating etc. The hotel also offers free coffee during the day. The windows provide excellent sound proofing - the motorway and the industries in the close vicinity could not be heard. Equally transportation links by bus and car were very convenient. Parking was ample.

The breakfast was ok, had some selection but all the same appeared rather limited. The space in the breakfast area was a little insufficient, if you wanted to eat in a relaxed, leisurely manner, then you had to go early. Parking is expensive (19€/night, although there is a 50% discount for long stays), the parking bays are narrow, so that the risk of your vehicle being damaged by the door of another vehicle is high. We could not work out why there was no toilet brush provided in the room. The toilet pedestal and the otherwise comfortable bed were a bit on the high side. The toilet paper provided was one-ply - this somehow shows the lack of awareness of the diversity of individual hygienic needs.

Spacious Standard Studio equipped with modern furniture, extra big TV (multiple channels in different languages), refrigerator, iron, kitchenette and kitchenware, including small kettle and a coffee machine with a few capsules of complementary coffee. Shared washing machines are available on the ground level. The room is quiet and air conditioned. Daily room cleaning. Breakfast buffet was included in the price. Suits perfectly for long stay as well for working remotely from the room. The hotel located a bit far from the city center, but convenient if arriving by a car, it is next to an exit from the motorway. Parking is available. Grocery store (Albert Heijn) is just a few minutes walk away.

Check-in and check-out took a bit longer than needed. Wi-Fi was free only for one day, after that it is available for a fee. No variations in breakfast buffet, overcooked bacon (to my taste).

Room was very nice with modern conveniences throughout.

Don’t think the hotel was a good value for your money as the room was pricey and that did not include charges for parking or WiFi…who makes you pay for WiFi nowadays??

The room was absolutely beautiful! We had a deluxe room with 2 small double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge and bathroom all within the same room. Throughly impressed about the presentation and the facilities within the room. The breakfast was tasty and included within the price we paid for our nights stay. The hotel is in a nice quiet area just a short drive from the motorway. We loved this location as it was not busy or overwhelming. Parking was directly outside the hotel and we found it was cheap at €19 for our nights stay. Our check-in receptionist went above and beyond to make us welcome. Complimentary tea, coffee and water.

The restaurant within the hotel was closed on the weekends so we were told we could either order a takeaway; go to another hotel restaurant close by or purchase something from the hotel’s mini market to cook ourselves. The free wifi lost connectivity often and had times where it was down for long periods.

As per the pics the hotel is same and facilities for day to day use being an Indian like dishwasher, microwave, electric stove, coffemaker, cooking utensils all were there, their staff was supportive, specially the front office staff Giuditta helped and guided me out of the way to show how to use the devices in room and was over all support. All staff was super nice.

They blocked extra money on the card without information and even missed to clean room properly despite being asked.. They don't put daily necessities like dental kit, shaving kit if you are having long stay of weekend.. Should not say no if the guest ask

Staff very pleasant. We asked for an early check-in on arrival and the check-in staff made this possible, no questions. Really great and made us feel welcome! (not often the case these days). Room was a nice size for us (2 adults, 3 kids). It's nice that everything is very new. Air-con in the room worked well considering it was 33 deg C outside. Nice selection for breakfast - everybody enjoyed it. Generally, a very nice overnighter and we felt very refreshed in the morning. Thanks for this!

The room was great and we really enjoyed it. I'm quite a picky person so often see some improvement potential (doesn't mean its bad). The windows need to be cleaned and there was some dust in the room. The shower also leaked onto the tiles in the WC area. The shampoo and shower gel bottles in the shower were empty - this should be checked as standard by housekeeping. Quite a small breakfast area and there didn't appear to be any staff waiting on tables to clear dirty plates. There was a trolley that we used to stack up our used plates but it was getting quite full and needed to be emptied. Reminded me of a hostel that i stayed in 30 years ago. None of this was a big problem for us but it could be improved upon.

This hotel was perfect for our family of 5. We were travelling from Paris to Amsterdam and this was minutes from the road we were travelling on. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. Small shop on site (quite pricey but to be expected). The staff were helpful and polite. The breakfast was brilliant, cooked and continental, al delicious. The ONLY downside was that travelling to Ghent was not the easiest, but that wasn’t really the hotel’s fault. We took the park and ride at Watersportbaan which was great but difficult to find (we missed the signs and ended up going round and round!). Ghent was absolutely beautiful though and well worth the visit.

Clean and spacious studio with cooking facilities. I am a regular traveller to this hotel and like the space, cleanliness, friendly staff coupled with the flexibility to cook my own meals as I get tired of eating out.

It is popular and can be expensive when there are events running in Ghent so wise to book early. Had some issue with IT on my last stay but staff were helpful in trying to resolve. This was a one of though.

Modern and cozy hotel close to UZ Gent and Ghelamco Arena. We could get help from friendly staffs and there is a very well equipped health center to work out. Breakfast was also very nice and my wife and I really enjoyed it.

If one's purpose is just traveling Ghent, then the location of this hotel is not so good. There is no tour attraction around the hotel, and it takes some time to get the city center of Ghent from the hotel by bus.

This is by far the best pet friendly hotel I've been at on our trip through Europe. At arrival, we were greeted by a very nice lady who checked us in and gone through all the usual stuff. The room was very spacious and was nicely presented. The kitchenette had all the utensils, coffee making stuff and cutlery/crockery we needed but didn't use. The room A/C was spot on and everything was very clean. The parking was in front of the hotel and was convenient. We were with a dog so there was an extra room charge that went with it but it was worth it, there was water and treats at reception and everyone loved having him around.

The breakfast finished too early, would be good if it was open till 10.30 to accommodate us going to the gym.
