Apsara Centrepole Hotel

Everything was super great. My partner and I had a very wonderful time. We enjoyed the pool very much and found it to be cleaner than other places. The staff were exceptional and welcoming. 🙏 😊 So IMPRESSED. As someone who has worked at major American brand hotels, these fine young people staff members were top of the line. Professional, cool, respectful, courteous. The Manager was also kind d enough to see us off. Thank you for a great stay. 🙏 😊

Closeness to Pub St

The location is about 60m from the main dining & entertainment area for the town however you cannot hear any noise late at night which was a real bonus. The room was excellent, large, clean, a/c, small balcony, cleaned daily and the breakfast was just what a traveler needed. The pool was under maintenance for the first 2 days but the staff arranged free travel to their sister hotel so we could use their pool at their cost which was excellent. The hotel staff were simply wonderful and arranged transport to tourist destinations & airport and they added to our bill which was helpful.

To be honest the hotel exceeded my expectations so there weren't any negatives.

Staff were very helpful , friendly and attentive . They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and they were very respectful. They also organised complimentary transport from the airport to hotel which was a great help after 26hours of travelling . Very good central location beside Pub street and very short walk from all the main restaurant , bars and grocery store in the area .

It can get noisy at night especially at the weekend but this is mainly due to the location of beside pub street . it didn’t really affect us that much as the noise died down around midnight . Also no food options in hotel however it didn’t affect us as there is a large selection of restaurants surrounding hotel within 1 minute walk .

Nice and quality hotel in the center of Siem Reap. Big clean room. Extremely attentive and helpful staff. Customizable breakfast on demand. Nice pool available. Any transport/excursion option is available to book (i.e. Angkor Wat, Phnom Kulen, Apsara dance show etc.) for reasonable price. Close to everything you need - Pub street, banks, supermarkets, night markets etc.

Balcony garden view is quite nominal. Although i find everything very nice, i also find it a little bit too expensive even with 60% discount. With full price such level of comfort would be way overpriced.

Quaint & cute hotel. The young boys & girls at the reception were so friendly & helpful. Very professional yet adding a personal touch... Here would really want to appreciate the management which has trained & created this culture. Everything with a smile.... Had a beautiful balcony & even lounge type layout in the backside. Loved the ambience. Would surely recommend to others & come back whenever i can! Location is just near the party zone yet slightly secluded & offers privacy.

Excellent location and friendly very helpful staff. Hotel atmosphere was great with wooden furniture and plants everywhere. Very nice garden terrace with room. Pretty pool area.

Television doesn’t work. No connection throughout hotel. Probably has been like that for a long time. Lamp had broken cord. Shower head would not stay up and hot/cold water difficult to manage. However, despite these things, we would stay here again (at $19/night)

Well-designed, airy and spacious, this is a very pleasant hotel. Young friendly staff, very welcoming. refreshing if smallish swimming pool. Well-appointed room, perhaps a bit dark. Comfortable bed. All very clean. Very hand location just by central market and the restaurants of Pub Street, but far enough away to escape the noise.

The hotel is on a very cramped site. The “balcony” of our ground floor room was more like a small garden facing banana trees behind which is a blank wall. So not a balcony with a view. But nevertheless a pleasant place to sit outside in the cool of the evening.

Location was great and pool was nice add. Rooms were big. Staff was nice and really polite.

It seemed like a lot of fasilities (eg. Poolbar, restaurant, other pool) were not availble. I heard that after covid lot of companies have faced difficulties so I think that night have been the reason. Breakfast was really not worth for money. Air con worked but was not stable. We did not get the tv working (though I did not report it to staff, so might be an user issue 😅)

The staff were excellent. They were incredibly friendly and helpful, often greeting me by name when I returned to the hotel. They were very helpful when I had trouble speaking to my airline about my lost bag, and they helped to book tours. The location was very central, only about 100m to the end of Pub Street, yet I didn't hear the music from my room

Beautiful hotel, garden, lobby, bathroom, and room. Incredibly helpful staff (with excellent English) who helped us book TukTuk tours and gave advice about local attractions. Many leaflets on offer. We could leave our luggage there after check-out. Breakfast was phenomenal - you choose the day before - with lots of Thai and local options. Ideal location near pub street and markets but still quiet and easy to get a good night's sleep.
