Ramada by Wyndham High River

The hotel was really nice. We had to book a place last minute and come very early in the morning and the staff were very accommodating and helpful. They made us feel very welcome. The room was very clean and comfortable. And the pool was a big highlight for our kids!

There was no lactose free alternative for milk at the breakfast, which is a shame since I cannot eat/drink lactose. But otherwise, the breakfast was satisfactory.

Amazing location. Nice big pool- spotlessly clean. Special shout out to the caretaker who was beyond friendly and helpful. Spacious room.

The breakfast was fine but was the exact same every day. We were staying for a week si really only had it the first 2-3 days but loads of options in the area so it wasn’t a problem at all.

Stayed in a King Suite for 1 night, room was really large with a kitchenette which was awesome. Bed was really comfortable as well! We also spent a good amount of time in the pool with the waterside, SO much fun!! Highlight of the hotel for sure. And this is coming from 2 adults! Fun not just for the kids. Boston Pizza and a McDonalds right beside as well which are really convenient.

Breakfast area was pretty messy when we went down around 9:30am. There were spills and crumbs all over the counter and most of the tables were dirty as well.

The moment we walked through the doors the staff were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make you feel welcome. The hotel was spotless and the rooms were great. Easy check-in and friendly staff. The room was clean and ready when we arrived. The indoor swimming pool was excellent and a real treat. Easy parking on-site.

Breakfast was basic, but sufficient. Other than that I can't fault the hotel and its staff.

The location was awesome.. so many things within walking distance.. one young staff was exceptionally friendly

There were hardly any staff around, the fact you had to request your room be tidied up

We liked how friendly all the staff were . Loved how soft the beds were . And liked the location of the hotel loved how the hotel had a pool and hot tub unfortunately we never used this time but will next time

Nothing the only thing I could say bad about the trip was the cold weather

Location is fabulous. Very clean. Quiet.

The pillows were like sleeping on marshmallows. They were a little toooo thick for me. Ended up with kinks in my neck.

Staff was very accommodating. It was a busy weekend and there were at least three separate functions happening. Staff was attentive and helpful keeping the facility in great shape

Not a thing
