Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites-Hinton, an IHG Hotel

Breakfast on point! Everything to suit every family member. Hot off the grill Pancakes, two kinds of breakfast sausage (turkey/pork) Scrambled eggs one day, cheese omelet the next. Cereal, bagels, muffins, toast, 3 types of juices (orange, apple, grapefruit), cinnamon buns, hot oatmeal with toppings, yogurt, milk, fruit. Need i say more? Pool is quaint but fun with the water slide and hot tub. Room was comfortable and clean, very much enjoyed our stay will definitely be back again soon!

It's one of the few hotels in Canada that has regularly sizes toiletries. The sheets were really soft and silky with 4 fluffy pillows on each bed. One of the few hotels that has very friendly and accommodating staff despite having lots of clients checking in/out at the same time. Bath towels were white, soft and thick as well.

They started a "new" breakfast set up the weekend we were there. I wish they just gave us bagged breakfast instead of letting their staff work so hard just to get our breakfast per family. When we got there a line up started and I don't like the feeling being rushed to get what I wanted. Just felt bad for the staff though. Saw how much they worked hard.

The room we got was huge! It had a separate bedroom with jacuzzi tub in the corner. Nice large flat screens in both rooms. Nice wooden wall units for the headboard and tvs. Both rooms had their own digital thermostats. Pool/slide was nice with the kids, but it was pretty crowded when we were there. Kids and I both loved the room. We felt rich for the day lol. Would definitely stay again!

The only thing I can think of was the bed. It seemed too firm and not cloud like. However we slept in, so it must have been comfy.

smart room design includes excellent A/C and modern connectivity for phones and laptops. pool, water slide, hot tub were all great. hot breakfast included. Fridge, microwave & sink in room. housekeeping was great. Expectations exceeded.

the breakfast was great! lots of options and plenty of time for the early riser adults and the sleeping in kids to eat. the pool was also fun!

the hallways were always so loud! we were in bed by 10:30/11 and could hear everyone in the hallway talking. the pool also didn’t have towels.

Some staff were very welcoming and accommodating, making us feel at home!

A few times, there were some problems with the washer/dryer facilities (did not accept coins, or only some coins), and we asked for an extra blanket that never arrived.

The hotel is conveniently located near Jasper and beautiful mountains area. The breakfast is delicious and abundant. Swimming pool with the slide is the most enjoyable part specially for the kids.

It'd be more appreciable if the breakfast attendant be more nice dealing with the guest.

ALL staff was very friendly and helpful! ALL areas including common areas, cafeteria, vestibule and my room were clean and spacious. The breakfast was huge and delicious! I will definitely use holiday in express again!

The front desk lady was super friendly, helpful and even if she was busy she was running around with a smile on her face trying to help everyone. She was very Good!! The pool was nice and very accommodation and easy to book.

I missed having fruit with breakfast and the ability for that sort of option. I don't think thats your fault though. I think they do the best they can with the restrictions. I wasn't sure how to get more toilet paper or where to put wet towels in the morning without clean up service.

It was very clean, staff was very friendly and covid measures were great.

We were only provided for 2 bath towels for 4 guests. We requested extra at the front desk and were notified we will get them in our room within 1 hours. That never happened. There was no towels at the pool and they were never supplied when we were also told they would be within 1 hours. We stayed at the pool for 1 hour and a half and they never came.
