Mount Robson Inn

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. It was so nice to stay there. Our room was wonderful. We had the loft and it was perfect for our family. The breakfast was so good. My husband is gf and he was thrilled to have warm options. We enjoyed it so much! We will come again.

The shower down stairs wasn't super clean, but not gross. (Just on the shower wall.) It's not the quietest, but that is not something that can change. (Unless the trains stop running.) You can hear the bathroom/shower of your neighbour, but I know they heard us, so it is a minor thing!

Location is good for access to activities and restaurants. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. We were checked into our room within a few minutes of arrival. Staff was friendly and helpful in giving directions and recommendations on what to do in the area. Breakfast was typical and adequate in a clean, sunny area with a great outdoor view. It was included in the room fee; quick and easy to get going for the day.

The room was small but we were there only to rest, sleep and shower while we spent time at the beautiful parks and lakes. It served our needs well.

The staff at Mount Robson Inn went above and beyond during our stay. We used all facilities provided from the breakfast room to the hot tub to the laundry. Every step along, there was someone to help and assist. I don't remember the time when I had breakfast in Jasper included and to our surprise this property offered such and it was a relief to have in the morning before heading out to the race at Marmot. As for pricing, we paid what I paid last time in 2010 in Jasper :) Definitely the best deal in years! Pro tip: Set the AC unit to a lower temperature than you usually have at your house. E.g., I set ours to 16 and it was keeping ~20-21C in the room at ~-10..-20C outside.

I wish there would be a room with a kitchenette, but it is more like a suggestion than something I didn't like during our stay.

I recently stayed at a Mount Robson Inn that exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room was clean, spacious, and offered a breathtaking view of the mountains. But what really set this hotel apart was the hot tub - it was the perfect way to relax and unwind after a day of skiing. And the complimentary breakfast was a delicious way to start each morning. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay with stunning mountain views, a refreshing hot tub, and a friendly staff. It truly made my trip unforgettable.

This hotel was in a quiet neighbourhood from which it was very easy to walk into the downtown. There is quite a busy road and railroad at the front of the hotel, however all was quiet after about 10 pm, so no problems sleeping. We had a single queen bed room which was compact in size, but very well designed to maximise the space. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom very functional. Breakfast was excellent with fresh fruit, yoghurts, cereals and hot options.

Nothing.

Spacious room with two large beds, practical bathroom, all clean and well maintained. Microwave, fridge, abundance of USB charging points. Top amenities for hikers, such as a laundry room and vending machines with drinks but also with all kinds of practical necessities. Ample parking space in front of the door. Excellent breakfast. Everything is organized with a lot of practical insight.

All this comes at the rate of a Sheraton airport hotel in Europe > way overpriced, even when you factor in a park bonus and high tax surcharges. Add the costs for the park permit. Ask yourself if you are really that kind of hiker who needs all these niceties. The spacious room and large beds allow occupancy with a group of four, reducing the cost per person.

We love the location of the property. We stayed in 2 suites and we were very please with the newly renovated suites. We love both the 2 story suite and Junior suite. The beautiful views (sunrise, deer grazing, train passing) is a plus. We like that the stay includes breakfast.

We like that the stay includes breakfast but we suggest the following: 1. Change or have at least 3 different breakfast menu since you will have guest that stay for several days. Rotating the breakfast menu will be very much appreciated. 2. Placement of food, drinks, and condiments can be improved. Sugar and crème can be next to the coffee. Jams, preserves, syrup, and butter can be next to the bread and toaster. 3. A waffle maker is nice to have. 4. Cucumbers and tomatoes should be in a nice platter instead of a serving tray.

The front office staff was lovely. Our unit was very clean with well cared for carpets and furniture and reflected the pictures that were posted online. Lots of great storage for unpacking. Our room was relatively quiet and the air temperature controls worked well (they were just very loud). Beds were comfortable, bedding was in great shape and clean. Appreciated the blackout curtains as it's very bright until late/starting early in the morning this time of year. Short walk to downtown was lovely (especially if you take the "back" road instead of the main road).

Breakfast was more typical of a much cheaper property (like a Best Western).

The room was very well equipped and to my delight a kettle was supplied. After a week of microwaved water for tea at 3 previous hotels, a kettle was a godsend. Complimentary breakfast was great, food hot, great variety of hot and cold food and real china plates and NO plastic flatware................wonderful.

The motel is very old, the noise from rooms above and next to us was not pleasant. Conversations were heard and the toilets flushing and water running was a nuisance. Children running up and down outside all the rooms as a game wasn't really acceptable. It was expensive, more than I would pay for a similar Inn.

We had to drive up to Quesnel and on return had planned to stay 2 days, we love Jasper National Park and enjoyed the drive up and down the Rocky Mountain trench

What we didn’t like was the Lgbtqrst perversion with all the pride flags in a national park, this is a National Park not a political platform for sodom and Gomorrah!
