Great price for one of the cleanest, safest, comfortable for price. I have been staying here for over a decade. It nice to have staff that remember you.

Only concern is that I had a room adjacent to what I think was the laundry facility and at times I heard the washers and dryers. First time in 10+ years. It was ongoing and not a huge issue more of a small annoyance. Other than that, fantastic upgrades. Very comfortable.

I want to thank Cindy, we had a issue with noise from.above floor. I called front desk at 10 pm , nothing changed and it started again at 6 am. Cindy will going to adjust the room rate. I told her that was not needed as I was being reimbursed by the government. So instead she gave us a Tim Hortons card. It was bot necessary but greatly appreciated. She was amazing. And the breakfasts were amazing.. Thank you , we will definitely be back.

I loved how friendly and helpful the staff were. They were so kind and helped us with each request. The beds were so comfortable and the walls were quite thick we didnt hear any other people at night which was great because we had two little kids.

Some of our other family members said their rooms got mixed up. Our experience was wonderful but there might have been a booking issue.

The rooms were beautiful, the beds and pillows were super comfy. Every staff we encountered were really smiley and nice. The kids loved to pool. The hot breakfast the next morning was great, my only complaint Is they didn't have bacon only sausage. Lol Would definitely stay again 100%.

Breakfast was good, location was convenient, games room was really nice! Free video games and brand new board games and a foozball table.

My bed was wet in between the sheets, dry on top and the mattress was dry as well. I called front desk and they brought me new bedding right away. Not sure what caused it, perhaps the comforter wasn’t completely dry when they made the bad ?

we had a little issue with power in my room so we got a free upgrade. The kids loved it. had my kids and my nieces for the night. made for plenty of room for out “dance party” ! we were given a big suite for the problems.

Bf was really good. Room was clean and tidy. Kids loved the waterslide, pool was clean.

The room was stuffy. We were given a room that had not been cleaned to start, which was rectified immediately.

Very nice hotel and I felt comfortable staying there. Rooms were very clean and well kept. Nice that it had a microwave and mini fridge. all hotels should have that.

just need to fix the front door or maybe use a different type of front door. it was broken but understand the weather was very cold.

breakfast was pretty yucky actually - premade frozen sandwiches - covid problem I believe STAFF was awesome - front desk staff that is - very helpful accomodating and supportive - Cindy was awesome even remembered our names !

breakfast was yucky and keys kept not working needed multiple replacements - ice on 3rd floor would have been nice too

The gameroom was great Front staff on Saturday morning was great, and the breakfast and service was awesome

Was very disappointed when there was a birthday party being held in the pool.
