Alpine Inn Abbotsford

Budget friendly without sacrificing cleanliness. Centrally located. Easy to find right off Hwy 1. Lots of close amenities within walking distance including a cold beer and wine store on site. Would recommend to family and friends. Good job guys! I would really like to thank Yogina Groodoyal for over all customer experience! She went above and beyond...always smiling! Thank you also to the very hardworking staff who worked well into the early evening making sure all rooms were finished with the utmost care. I've stayed and worked in many hotell motels that very rarely if ever have cleaning staff working that many hours because of their dedication. Doing their due diligence...thanks everyone! Will highly recommend to family and friends and will also be back more times in the near future!

Mr Pravin Gad the front desk manager was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was always pleasant and accommodating to our requests and needs. He had a good overall attitude and made my stay comfortable. Hats off to all the staff of the inn. The inn is centrally located easy access to shops and restaurants.

It is a suggestion that the inn can provide a basic breakfast to guests in the future as people stop over night whilst on trips and need a good start to their day.

I loved the bathroom! Stunning shower!!! Very bright lights to be able to see yourself in mirror as you put makeup on! Beautiful sink with very first class faucets!! Lots of towels ! Stunning tile wall ! A handicap light system for anyone handicapped! Light goes on automatically as you enter! It was quiet and I have traveled the world and as I opened the door and saw that big beautiful bed and then the rest of the benefits I was smiling! This after a really terrible trip on slippery difficult highways all day as the big storm presented itself in B.C. Parking is great right at the entrance to the room and the snow had been cleared away from the parking lot and the area around the parking for the room!

I liked everything! If I didn’t like anything it was how I was feeling after battling the highways with solid ice in many places and drivers that do not respect the conditions! But the reception and room upgrade I received sure but me back on track!

The staff were very attentive and that’s what made the stay so nice. Our TV didn’t work and they’re going to compensate for that but they really tried hard and we didn’t really care anyway. But the staff was really great. Also they gave us an upgrade because they only had an upstairs room left and that was hard for me with my back issues so they graciously gave us a suite and that was superb

Good location. Liquor store on the premises which was very very convenient. Gas stations within a short walking distance. Friendly staff and housekeeping was excellent. Facilities kept clean everyday. Front desk agents very personable and quick to respond to most concerns. Overall great value for price.

Only thing I found to be a minor inconvenience was the loud noise the doors make when leaving your room. Sounds like a jail cell slamming shut.

The room was recently renovated, so I cannot attest to all the other suites, but I had read reviews and was not expecting it to be so clean and modern. At the price it was very good value.

The taxi ride to Mission was considerably more expensive than anticipated; the receptionist suggested $20 and it was $40. But that's not really their problem.

The fact that your receptionist damaged my suitcase after I checked in.He offered me to carry my suitcase to second floor and didn't grab it properly.Instead of distributing weight evenly between four points he grabbed my suitcase putting all the weight on 1 point causing damage. Not very professional I must say.I heard that ugly noise when it happened and asked him if there was any damage. He said NO. I discovered damage after checking out

Staff were courteous and helpful, arrived late-night and was greeted by Management. I felt safe staying at the motel and my suite was clean & updated

I didn't like the varible rate. I planned for the week, it was advertised that the rate on my night of stay was to be reduced in half the following night and then 98$ for the following 5days. Upon confirmation and approval, I returned to my selection online to see that the price was more than stated by over 100$. I couldn't make a variation like that on my work request. Booking . Com could consider having a planning policy for travel clients as this was an unexpected and unappreciated mishandling by management.

I asked for extra coffee and sugar to be in the room, and it sure was! The staff was super friendly. Their rooms were clean and beautifully renovated… Don’t let the outside for you. This place is a gem.

The outside hasn’t yet been renovated… So you just don’t know how cute these little rooms are, and how great the staff is!

The front desk manager was very friendly and polite. The rooms had a very comfortable atmosphere. The location is great, very handy having a liquor store on the property 😉

The rooms and facilities could use some updating and repairs like a fresh professionally done paint job The bedding quality was sub par, especially the pillows, they were horrible. There weren't enough towels. The beds weren't made very well at all which was the first thing I noticed upon entering the room.
