Quality Inn Kamloops

We booked a king room with a jacuzzi, and it was exactly what we expected! It was very clean and very large. The bed was great and we fell asleep no problem (accidentally dozed off watching TV). There were no weird smells and the sheets felt clean.

The breakfast was a bit cheap, mostly things that are prepackaged rather than freshly made. We had to heat up the sausage and eggers with a microwave. The pancake machine was cute but the pancakes were tiny! Sound proofing also wasn't the best in our room. Our room was right next to the reception lobby and eating area, and we could sorta hear people talking outside. It was muffled, not noisy, but made us wonder if people outside could hear us.

the room was very nice and relaxing, had a mini fridge, microwave which was very handy, a little tea/coffee station & a nice little bathroom area with lots of included amenities to make your stay easier. I also enjoyed that you could pop the window open for some fresh air to come in the room! I really enjoyed the bath and the fireplace in the corner!

everything was pretty good- however I noticed the noise travels through the rooms quite a lot. someone’s dog started barking around 4 or 5am and it was very loud- I also was woken up by some lady almost yelling and talking super loud- I had earplugs in my bag but could still hear her with my door closed and ear plugs in.

The room was very clean and well equipped. The air conditioning was quiet. Staff at the front desk was friendly and provided us free bottled water since the vending machine was not working. Beds were comfortable and overall the room and the property were quiet.

No Elevator! Our rooms were on the second floor and we had to bring our luggage up the stairs. Not convenient for seniors as a result. The breakfast was just okay - small breakfast room and not many items to choose from.

it was clean and the staff were friendly we requested a blanket and it was brought immediately thank you!

I’m not sure if it’s something that can be fixed but possibly noted and I know it doesn’t affect everyone but just some feedback. I was travelling to a conference for a non profit so I was with someone I didn’t know but we were sharing the room to keep costs down, I would have appreciated knowing that the sink/vanity was not in the bathroom so not private, it just made it a bit uncomfortable but again I realize that it would only affect few people that weren’t together 😊

We were upgraded to the family room on our first night accommodation and it was lovely and quiet. We stayed a couple weeks later and found it extremely noisy on the front side of the hotel. Heard showers running, people chatting late into the night and much noise from the street.

Breakfast was great. Chairs at the tables could have been a little higher. Maybe a couple tables could be reserved for those with handicap issues, which we both had. Knees will only bend so far when sitting!

Had a one night stay as we were transiting through Kamloops. Room was spacious and clean. The buffet breakfast was a bonus and our children loved the automatic pancake machine! They do have a pool which we didn't have time to use. Overall, good value for money if you a making a quick pitstop.

They don't have a lift so we had to hike our bags up to the second floor. The staff did offer to help with our bags, but just something worth noting.

They were very accommodating for us as we needed to extend our stay as our son was in the hospital. They also found a room for our son once he was released while we waiters for it to be safe for him to fly home. Kind and considerate.

I wish the pool has been a little cleaner. I do recognize that there was a large group of people using the pool in the evenings

I requested earlier check in and there was no problem. The hotel was clean, room was spacious and clean, I had a mini suite with a king bed and soaker tub. Bed was extremely comfortable and so were pillows. They treated me well with my dog and did not charge a separate fee to bring my dog. Good location and helpful staff. The hotel provides a complimentary continental breakfast and it was very substantial and fresh, with free coffee and tea all day.

There was no coffee maker in the room but the free coffee and tea available all hours more than made up for it. The bar fridge was small but kept things cold.

The lobby was lovely. Beds were comfy. Room was large. Staff offered a room on the main floor as there was no elevator.

Parking was ample but no accessible parking spots. No elevator and no auto open on entrance doors. Bathroom floor really needs regrouting - particularly around the toilet - as a result, while I’m sure it was clean it didn’t look it. Breakfast (included) - had both limited options and seating.

Convenient location

Front desk agent couldn’t find reservation, room was booked and paid for using booking. Lengthy check in but employee was polite. At check out agent wanted a credit card! Not sure what for security deposit was paid in cash and returned. Room was at end of hall. Lots of noise from hallway, housekeepers talking/working and constant closing/slamming doors in the morning. Floor above room was squeaky so loud when other guests walked around. Jacuzzi had soap/oil still and needed to wiped before using.
