convenient for shops and to visit other places on the Sunshine Coast great continental breakfast included which was enough for us but if you want more they give you $5 discount

too much use of single plastic Eg plastic cups wrapped in plastic bags in the rooms. plastic lids for disposable beakers at breakfast even though you could get a proper cup and glasses. tiny portions of butter and jam in plastic please investigate alternatives as we should be reducing plastic waste and I am sure it would save you money

We planned to spend two nights here. Our sun has a terrible accident that requires a hospital stay. They made room for us and even juggled guests to keep us together as a family and in the same room. The ladies at the front desk were incredibly kind and thoughtful. Housekeeping made sure were were comfortable at all times. The Continental breakfast made it so much more affordable for the unexpected extra stay. So close to everything the location is excellent.

The hot tub wasn’t working but that’s about it!

Free continental breakfast was fresh and plenty of choice ….. muffins/pastries/bagels/toast,Yogurt and fruit , tea, coffee, juice. Lots of room in the restaurant to find a table. Rooms were very clean and beds super comfy. Small fridge and a keurig coffee machine in room too. We stayed here for our sons hockey tournament once before and came back because it’s a great hotel for the price/ location.

The outdoor hot tub was closed.

Comfy hotel, decent beds, good shower and staff were excellent - super friendly and welcoming. I had a cooked breakfast which was excellent and very reasonable with the $5 coupon. Free continental option looked decent. The location is perfect.

Would have been nice to have a bed and bowl for our dog. My bed was a bit sunk in the middle although reasonably comfy. Wasn't very clear how to contact reception by the phone or possibly phone wasn't working properly.

Very close to everything, nice to have the in house restaurant and the attached pub. The option the have the complimentary continental breakfast or a coupon towards a hot breakfast is a nice offering. Wait staff was very friendly!

Not enough towels or toilet paper in the room, but easily rectified at the front desk. Noticed that the toilet in the room leaked and mentioned it on check out. Staff was very gracious about the requests and critique.

The staff we met were fantastic! We requested a dinosaur drawing in our room upon check in and they really delivered; not only did we have a printout of multiple dinosaurs but there was a dinosaur plushy and a balloon! It was wonderful and definitely much appreciated! The continental breakfast was very nice - much better than some I’ve had - and the option of a discounted hot breakfast in its place is very helpful. The hotel is also attached to a sports pub so you don’t even need to venture outside for a decent meal at lunch or dinner if you really don’t want to. We would definitely return to this hotel for future stays in the area.

When we checked into our room the bathroom floor was a bit hairy - nothing major, just a bit gross. The whole place also seemed very short staffed, which obviously is no ones fault, but I feel bad for the lovely staff members we met as I don’t think everyone is being understanding about the long wait times.

We were welcomed by friendly reception staff. Our room was clean & comfy, just as was advertised. Lots of pillows to choose from, lots of towels. The complimentary continental breakfast was pretty good & we were able to sit outside in the courtyard. The location was great for us, close to all the sites we wanted to check out and some great restaurants in town. We had a fabulous dinner on the patio at Forest Pub, highly recommend their food.

The hotel was great overall, but our room could have used some updating. You could see it’s age. However, it was kept very clean.

The breakfast was good for a continental. The beds were nice.

The bathroom is dated. Old toilet that has full water use and requires two flushes at times. The bathtub doesn’t drain well. It’s just an old bathroom. It’s like the renovation only went so far then stopped . One of the housekeeping staff approached me with no mask on. I am immunocompromised and tried to back away from her. Please be diligent about this aspect of the training!

Breakfast was great and filling with attentive staff. Vivian - the waitress was hilarious and super efficient. The hotel was immaculately clean and front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The location is near almost every service you could need and the rooms are absolutely great.

My toilet was really low but I was told that was because it was wheelchair friendly.

the hotel is very close to the other family member we where there to visit, within walking distance. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and very personable. I especially enjoyed talking to one staff member about the white moths that where in the courtyard. All the staff were kind and very helpful in finding a bath stool for my sister too

The one thing that was distracting from a wonderful night sleep was the outside traffic in the surrounding mall. This however is not something your staff or hotel can deal with.
