Selah Retreat Guesthouse B&B

There was no breakfast but we had a fully equipped kitchen so were able to make all our meals. The location was close to everything we wanted including a beach. The garden is so lovely. Unfortunately the property is close to the very busy highway so there was some traffic noise in the garden, though we didn't hear it inside the apartment. Very gracious and friendly hosts. Highly recommend.

Everything about the accommodation was great.

Rick, the host, was most welcoming, friendly and helpful. Seleh Retreat is a lovely house surrounded by a lush garden. It is spotlessly clean. Our room was very comfortable and so attractive with a white bedspread and charming cushions. We enjoyed a Keurig coffee on the sundeck in the morning with a peek a boo view of the lake. The bed was so comfortable.

A beautiful property; loved the flowers and the gardens. I felt secure; good lighting right to my front door. Secure parking for my car. Interior was nicely decorated and clean. Had everything I needed. Great shower! (Good pressure lol) comfortable bed and was quiet so had good sleep each night. Awesome tasting chocolate chip cookies as a welcome treat. 👏

We decided to switch from a chain hotel to Selah Retreat Bed & Breakfast for our stay and I'm so glad we did. Rick and Adela were warm and welcoming from the moment we pulled up. After a long day of driving we needed somewhere calm and comfortable to rest and this place was everything and more. Beautiful gardens, the room was absolutely spotless and every small detail had been thought of: from the home made cookies to the softest bedding I've ever slept in! Would recommend this place to anyone I meet. Thank you!

The Selah exudes a sense of quiet beauty. The unit is spacious and decorated with unique, interesting pieces from afar. The lush garden and surrounding area was a feast for the eyes. Needless to say the unit was spotlessly clean. The hosts were very welcoming.

I can't think of anything that needed improvement.

Very close to trans Canada highway so noisy outside although very quiet in the accommodation

The location was great: not far from the highway, in a quiet neighbourhood. We were greeted by the friendly host and made to feel right at home. The suite was beautiful, comfortable and filled with serenity. There were lovely places to sit and relax in the beautiful gardens, also.

I can't think of a single thing we didn't like.

We liked everything! We were met by our hosts with freshly baked cookies and given a tour of the lovely property, which has beautiful gardens and many serene spaces and seating areas, including a fire pit and BBQ. The room was immaculate and welcoming and included a fireplace and private deck with views of Shuswap Lake.

Relaxing fro signing in to leaving. Good facilities set in a lovely neighbourhood with a very hospitable host. Good recommendations for meal. Lovely views, quiet location.

Check in was fast and easy and the hosts were friendly and personable. The studio was well appointed and bigger than I thought. I highly recommend this property!

The bathroom was a bit small but that’s nitpicking.
