Loden Vancouver

We absolutely loved the Loden!!! From the beautiful and clean room with floor to ceiling windows and the exceptional customer service we received even before stepping foot into the hotel. Staff called us before arriving, helped us with adding another day to the stay and even saved us when we left our passports in the safe after checking out! The room was lux-super warm in the freezing winter with a fabulous shower and tub and even a dyson blow dryer. Location was perfect to walk to the waterfront, restaurants, shopping and bars. Highly recommend the stay!

We chose The Loden as our home away from home to celebrate our 30th Wedding Anniversary in Vancouver, BC. We are so glad we did. The staff went above and beyond our expectations to help make our anniversary a very memorable event! We had a surprising and unexpected upgrade that elevated our experience. We were so enthralled with our stay we have recommended The Loden to family, friends, co-workers and anyone who enters our orbit. We look forward to the next time we can visit such a wonderful city and a use this fantastic hotel as our home base.

One of the best experiences I’ve had in a hotel, if not the best!!! Gorgeous hotel, staff so attentive, friendly, helpful and efficient. Beds and pillows soooo comfortable!! I went to celebrate my birthday, and I had a surprise on arrival, and every day there was a new detail. Excellent location. Bikes are included, went to Stanley park for sunset and it was magical. Would definitely go back. And the restaurant downstairs is delicious, also great staff. I had breakfast there every day, and dinner twice.

I loved everything!

The Loden was by far, the best hotel we have ever stayed in. In every sense, they exceeded expectations. In spite of the fact that there was construction going on next store, the room was quiet, clean and comfortable and met all of our needs and beyond. They thought of everything. Not only did they have all of the normal things that most hotels do, they also had yoga mats, umbrellas, and other things in the room to meet needs you didn't know you had. Their service exceeded all others as well. All requests were tended to immediately and with a smile. We have never seen a place more customer friendly than the Loden.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

We had a wonderful stay at The Loden Hotel, everything was perfect. The room was spacious , the beds were comfy, the bathroom was spacious with a deep soaking tub..... plus a Dyson hairdryer !! The food was great and the location was terrific. The staff were indredible, I don't think I've ever stayed anywhere with such warm and friendly staff. Honestly, you won't find better in Vancouver !

The hotel was well located justify there main streets and near to the waterfront and Seabus. Our room was a good size and very comfortable, especially the bed and pillows. The staff were very friendly and helpful and remembered you each time. The restaurant on the ground floor was very good and popular and the hotel always made sure we could get a table.

Just a little surprised that we had to pay for the small water bottles they left out on the desk as opposed to the ones on the shelf with the wine and snacks etc.

The room and the location were excellent. Really good amenities, a decent view and a nicely designed room. Nice to have a big bath as well.

Weird to say - but almost too much service. Too much friendly chat at check in (we were tired after a long drive) and then woke us up from a nap with a phone call to see if the room was good, shortly followed by someone knocking on the door with lemon water and also to see if the room was good. I guess we could have put the do not disturb sign on but we had only been checked in for an hour or so.

the property was beautiful, very luxe and modern yet homely and cosy. lots of lovely touches to the room including champagne, chocolates or lemon waters. the location was central enough, easy to walk to places but still quiet and away from hustle and bustle. the staff were amazing, very accomodating, friendly and personable. melody and the team were wonderful.

The staff went over and beyond their remit, thank you, especially to the concierge who, knowing we were struggling because of road works on the road, came out to find us and get us to the hotel. The Loden is a beautiful boutique hotel with lots of extra touches to make your stay with them special. Sadly it was only a one night stopover for us, but a very memorable one ❤️…. the only downside for my husband is that I now “ need” a dyson hairdryer 🤭😁

Impeccably tidy room and the King bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Fantastic location, beautiful lobby and city views with garden below. We managed to get a last-minute booking (score!) — staff were friendly, helpful and personable. Spacious, hot shower in our accessible room (which was a treat to just walk into). Thoughtful details like a Dyson hair dyer, cotton robes and slippers along with option for late (noon) check out. The Loden is a win!

We didn't have enough time to soak in the perks of what the Loden has to offer. Our Nespresso machine went kaput after one successful pour, however Arnold was quick to assist and solve the issue, bringing a replacement machine within minutes of us alerting the front desk staff.
