Best Western Plus Dauphin

This hotel is so underrated... A++ for cleanliness and comfort. It's always a delight to stay here as part of work trip. Also great location to Riding Mountain National Park if you're looking for a weekeng getaway. Really helpful staff too...

Maybe a little more oomph with the wifi.. but it really wasn't a big issue.

The hotel itself is great - clean, comfortable with great amenities, but it is the staff that are outstanding in this hotel. My husband had a minor accident on his motorcycle and the young man on the front desk for the night shift called a cab to take him to the hospital and then made sure that we had the room available the next day with no late check out fee if we needed it. The young woman on the desk the next morning (I believe her name was JC) also made sure that we could stay in the room until we were ready to leave, she also told me not to worry about the bit of blood my husband got on the duvet. I offered to pay for the dry cleaning but she told me not to worry about it. Their kindness and thoughtfulness made a stressful last night much much easier and this chain now has a loyal customer for life. Thank you Best Western Dauphin, and thank you to all the wonderful staff at this hotel. Exceptional customer service!

I quickly understood why this location had such a high rating to begin with. The staff are EXCEPTIONAL here! They answered all questions well, attentive, they made the stay. Well, actually the beds and pillows were SO COMFORTABLE!!! I always bring a pillow from home and I didn't need it, in fact, I would rather have brought their pillows home with me! Super clean and great location. I really appreciated the staff who provided the breakfast; they were absolutely incredible. The meal was just that, well rounded with hot and cold options and the coffee was AMAZING!!! I would definitely stay here again if I ever need to go back to Dauphin.

Probably that only 1/2 hour slots were provided for pool use, but that's understandable considering the current Covid situation, but otherwise, nothing really to complain about.

The breakfast was good and varied day after day. The room was comfortable and quiet. The pool and the hot tub add so much fun for the whole family.

The air exchange in the room could be more intense. Despite the fan of the AC on for the whole night the air was a bit stiffy by the morning. Other than that there was no problem.

We loved the pool, slide and hot tub. We loved the breakfast in the morning. We loved how close it was to all the stores and restaurants. We will definitely be coming back again next year for vacation.

I didn’t like that there was only one laundry machine and dryer. By the time we were finally able to get in the laundry room it was late. By the time we were able to use dryer one of the other families staying there had overloaded the washer and the room was flooded. Our feet got soaked.

Almost everything. This is almost a new hotel, sparkling clean and well appointed. Very comfortable room.

To external appearances, Best Western’s architects seem to be inspired by buildings in the Russian gulags, but this takes away nothing from the tasteful, modern decor inside. The continental breakfast options can be a but iffy (stale pastries and the like). We didn’t try the hot options, so can’t comment on those.

Beautiful property, very clean. The staff was very helpful. The rooms were really big. The attention to detail was really great. Thank you for thinking of the little stuff!

The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was everything I was hoping for. In comparison to other hotels in the area it’s #1

The price is a little high. $200 per night is a little steep

indoor pool, new condition, clean, good furnitures, good selection of foods for breakfast, nice minigolf setup for kids etc

- you dont have good place for used wet towels to dry them, we were four of us with 2 kids
