The hotel is really nice, very homely and comfortable. The location from the airport was the best. The staff is really nice and helpful. We had an early flight and didn't realize the hotel was so close to the airport. We were able to drop off our luggage, have breakfast, and enjoy the city (our first time in Winnipeg) before check-in. Thank you very much for everything, including the unlimited supply of hot water.

It may be helpful for the kitchenette in the suites to have its own dishes and cutlery. Thinking about it, I understand why it doesn't have, and it was really nice that we could borrow what we needed.

The location was perfect as it was close to my family and my medical appointments. The bed was super comfortable! Breakfast was fresh and tasty as well! We loved staying here especially since we were able to bring our dog along with us!!

The only thing that could have been improved was the parking. As it was first come first serve, we went out for the evening and returned to find someone else parked right in front of our room. Not the worst thing but a slight inconvenience for us.

The floor level near the ice machine is not even. There is a bump on the floor near that area. I was about to fall down when I was heading to my room. I was holding my drink and it fell on the floor. It is very risky. I saw a notification about the bump when coming from the opposite direction towards the lobby. It should be marked properly in both directions very distinctly and visibly otherwise a serious injury may occur. I reported to the front desk when checking out. Not sure if that has been brought to the attention of the management. The person there told me that he would let management know this.

When we checked in we had hoped for a unit on the ground floor. None was available, so the friendly Front Desk Manager put us in a suite on the second floor. What a lovely unit! Even though our room faced the busy street, noise wasn't a factor at all. The self-serve breakfast covered all the basics: fruit, cereals, yogurt, teas and coffee, juices, and waffles or French toast with bacon. All in all, a very enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Breakfast was so so… to much artificial food. Kids running up and down hallway btwn midnight and 3am sucked. Staff were great and friendly!

Check hallways during the night! Have more homemade food for breakfast. Being a diabetic there was very little health protein options and when I asked for some (hard boiled eggs) I was told there are none

My friend was flying at 05:30 the next morning. There are lots of choices for staying near the airport but this is the most reasonable. Parking my car was easy as was finding the place. The staff were over the top in efficiency, helpfulness and availability.

It is the same hallway carpet I saw being laid in 2012. That is a long time for a busy hotel. The carpet by the check in is so worn it is sad to look at.

We received very good service, Fresh fruits, Hot eggs,hot oats meal and staff keep smiling and filling out stuff regularly. And keep removing dirty dishes.

No area maps were available on reception. But staff was very good & helpful to guide us how to move around in the city

Location, quiet, staff, easy checking. If I told the staff about my issue, I'm sure they would have taken care of it. Was just too tired. I was a late check-in, but they did extend my check out to 1 pm. Grateful for that.

The room thermostat did not work it was humid. Could use an update on the floor and dedding skirt. Bathroom had a leak.

Very good value for money! I had an Upper Floor King Suite. It felt like a small one bedroom apartment. The room was sufficiently warm. Hotel was only a six-minute drive from my place of work. Check-in staff was great! The front desk clerk was very accommodating. I extended my stay due to the poor weather, and he ensured that I could remain in the same suite. The staff were generally friendly and helpful. The hotel had ample parking and was well stocked with vending machines. I enjoyed my stay here and will book again!

Odd looking stain on carpet behind sofa. I was looking forward to a hot breakfast, but I totally understand due to COVID. I was disappointed that I could not get a receipt upon checkout. I requested this during my booking.

Room was clean, had everything you need for a hotel stay. Lots of lighting, good value for the price. It's not a luxury hotel but it is decent. I'll stay here again.

It's beside a high traffic area so you hear traffic at all times of the day and night. My sleep was disrupted multiple times by the noise. Although the room is clean, you can tell that it's all dated. The carpets especially look like they've been cleaned as many times as they can be and to me looked like they're overdue for replacement. But you just walk over them so not that big of a deal.
