Radisson Kingswood Hotel & Suites, Fredericton

Free laundry room! I don't think most people knew it was there but there was a free guest washer and dryer which is great! It's also pet friendly so we could bring our dog which was very helpful.

The breakfast was pretty bare. The excuse was there was a large bus that went through before which we understand however there should be enough food planned for all guests. In this case there was almost no fruit,very few pastries left and NO bread. They made up for it by only charging for one person instead of 2 but I would have expected a hotel like the Radisson to know how to account for the # of people at their hotel.

Joe the guy who came to our room because the phone didn't work is wonderful. Most staff were really friendly.

No restaurant or sandwich bar open before 4pm. We had a function and didn't feel like going out. Lunch at the hotel would have been great. Teanagers running in the hallway really late. This was not the saff faults. I understand. Also. I really don't like children allowed to go get food at the buffet. As a parent, we never let our son touched the food etc....kids touching spoons, leaving food warmers open etc....is not right. But once again. Not the staff faults. Parents should know better.

We had a concern in the first room assigned. But the night manager Angela promptly dealt with things and switched us to another room and ensured things were rectified, even provided us breakfast vouchers.the 2nd room was comfortable, very clean and spacious. The breakfast was plenty. Thank you Angela for being so pleasant and helpful and making our stay comfortable. We would come back here again, especially because of the customer service from Angela, whose professional demeanor was reassuring.

The hotel is very comfortable and modern. I love that you can use their firepit out in the back and the golf course view from the window was very pretty. The staff at this hotel are fantastic and very accommodating.

The breakfast for $15 plus tax was not worth it. Yes it's a hot breakfast but it's not very good since it sits in hot pans all morning and the eggs and sausages are rubbery and the hash browns are soggy. You're better off going to a local diner. They also don't have a restaurant in the hotel, it is on the property though..

Beds were comfortable. Room was spacious, clean and modern. Tons of parking and very nice bar in lobby area to grab a drink or for some socializing especially if your with a group.

The resort has a beautiful huge espresso machine in the lobby bar area and we went to have a cappuccino after dinner. We were told they didn’t have cream at the moment and we would have to wait until they get some so we decided to get an espresso instead. Unfortunately the espresso was not made well at all, very weak and too watery. The staff member mentioned that she was recently trained on the machine and wasn’t good at it yet. So she offered to get us something else. We asked for coffee and when she brought the coffee it was average again. Didn’t have the heart to tell again her so we drank it and left.

Location is great; easy to access highway while getting a coffee and something to eat on the way. The decaf coffee in the room and the real glasses and mugs were truly excellent. Ice bucket was great as well.

Check-in was a bit discombobulated due to a shift change, and there were no tea bags in the coffee supplies. Didn't have enough time to golf or try the entertainment complex next door.

This hotel was a real gem of a place. Amazing friendly staff, the girl at the breakfast counter ran to get milk to make our lattes. Our room had a Lovely view of the golf course lake. Felt like we were at a resort. The “Sam Snead” resto nearby was also very good and reasonably priced, friendly staff too. The arcade games were a real bonus to pass some time while there. Just an overall extraordinary experience, started our vacation very well. Would definitely come back and recommend!

If there was an indoor pool

Surprised by this hotel off the highway. We got stuck in a snowstorm on the way to Moncton from QC and had to make a snap decision to stay in Fredericton. Booked the best price and rating combo and could not have been happier. The rooms appear to have been recently renovated, and are spacious, clean, and well-appointed. Ours had a view to the back of the property, which features a nice little forest and lake. Free breakfast offered much more than anticipated, especially during COVID times.

Restaurant closes at 8pm. It's possible to use various apps to order in, but otherwise, no food options within walking distance.

Very comfortable stay! The room and the bathroom were clean, modern, and beautiful. The bed and pillows were super comfy! The fitness center is well equipped and better than what many famous hotel chains offer. Breakfast was pretty good as well. The hotel is right next to the golf course and the Kingswood Entertainment Center, which makes the location ideal. Would love to stay again!

Nothing really. If they could add a swimming pool to their amenities, that would make the hotel unbeatable.

I loved the bright, clean, large rooms here. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the vanity in the bathroom had enough room to put my things on it. The breakfast was outstanding. There was a great selection of hot foods, as well as many continental options. We really appreciated being able to have a proper breakfast, and not a take away option like most other places we've been to recently. We would definitely stay again

Some extra coffee pods with the coffee maker would be nice
