Travelodge by Wyndham Kapuskasing

One amazing spot in Kapuskasing and the staff was super friendly and hospitable. Kainath was helping us with all our needs and tasty continental breakfast and Cindy the manager was amazing and a wealth of knowledge with the area. 10 out of 10 would go again and I'm actually planning to come back in summer. We are originally from Toronto we had our pet dog and it was a super fun location for him too! That's one of only 4 or 5 pet friendly locations in Kap. Thank you Kainath and Cindy again!! We loved every minute of our stay. Oh also super clean room we stayed at so thanks a ton!

the room was fantastic and had a very comfy mattress and comforters. beautifully modern bathroom and super clean, lots of towels. breakfast the next morning was just right. i was offered the option of a room with an outside door which i loved a lot and could park right there. the thing i liked most was the friendly and caring woman at the front desk, she deserves 5 stars.

there wasn't a thing I didn't like. even the other guests were friendly.

Nice warm bedding when it was so cold outside! Friendly staff. No additional pet fee.

It was a bit hard to find in the dark - a tall, lit sign might be helpful. At first we thought we were driving into an industrial area and had the wrong address, but the sign just wasn’t visible enough to see until we were right in front of the hotel. We had a pet room (109) and it needs a bit of love; it has a few maintenance issues - e.g., chipped dressers, grate missing over fan in the bathroom. If those were addressed it would be better.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfy. Breakfast in a bag was appreciated and so was the availability of juice and coffee.

The bathroom fan was very loud and was connected to the light switch so every time the light was turned on the fan would turn on as well which was very loud. Also, every half and hour or so the toilet would make noise. So the only way to keep the noise level down was to close the bathroom door.

The hotel was in the middle of town and is walkable to various restaurants in the area. It was very quiet and the breakfast area was well stocked. You can get delivery to your room from the restaurants near by.

Nothing about the hotel but there was a lot of construction on the roads when we were up there

I liked that the hotel was pet friendly. Its in walkin distance to everything. They a nice area in the back with gazebo and BBQ.

The bag breakfast was cheap and not filling. Pet friendly rooms are to close to stairs. Dog next door would bark causing our dog to bark. Might be be better to put rooms at end of the hallway. It doesn't look nice from back or when you pull in.

Beds were comfortable. We had easy access to the room from outside. Lots of parking space, as we were pulling a small trailer but could still park in front of the door.

Breakfast needs a little improvement. Bowls were pretty small and not a lot of selection.

Emma at the front desk was so helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy.

Everyone had to slam their doors closed and as a lot of out of town workmen we’re there that meant late night and very early morning door slamming

Mu boyfriend and I realized we forgot our necklace and two bracelets under the pillow after checking out, and already two hours in on our way to Timmins. They were very kind to check for us, call me to let me know it was there and leave it at the front for us to pick up the next day. Thank you for the amazing and kind service!!! :)))

This property has recently been renovated. It was clean and well looked after. The furniture was in good shape and the bed was very comfortable.
