Ramada by Wyndham London

The room was very clean and smelled clean. The bathroom was very clean and up to date. The room was very nice.

I would like to say I think when you check in and are given a coupon for the restaurant next door, Chelsea's, we should have been told it was ONLY good for dinner. The breakfast buffet was the absolute worst I've ever been to. For $12.50 you would think it would have all the breakfast items. There was no bread of any kind, no english muffins, no bagles. The wasn't any fresh fruit or yogurt. The steam table wasn't even lite. So the under cooked bacon and sausage were cold. The eggs were cold. And you had to wait for everything. Bins were always empty. It was horrible 😢 😫.

best hotel we’ve stayed at since waiting for our permanent home and exceptionally nice staff very accommodating and felt very welcomed right away and through out our stay and very much surprised and thankful they didn’t require a deposit , also thankful for accommodating when we asked for an early check in time and got us in by 1:30pm it was great and a beautiful hotel stay and everything was very well kept and housekeeping was great as well ! exceptional stay ! they were beyond accommodating when we extended our stay and we’re late doing so and they had no issue especially being almost fully booked right before March break it was so great snd which my enjoyable experience!!! highly recommended and want to come back again hopefully very soon since our permanent home still is not ready unfortunately so this was my first go to to see if there were rooms available!!!! 10/10 experience !!!!

no complaints, we by mistake had somehow brought pillows and they were understanding and we brought back within the hour and never once felt they were judgemental and understood since we have small children they allowed me to take them swimming while my husband got our things ready to be out on time for check out at 11am and they were amazing about everything ! NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL!

Location is awesome , pool is warm, a lot of parking, AC was nice and cold. Has microwave, mini coffee maker, and fridge that worked.

Ice machine doesn’t work, they ran out of towels for the pool, bathtub wasn’t in good shape ( bottom of it was peeling/rusty) they had a non slip mat for the bathtub. Lighting in room is poor. Gym out of service they give you voucher for 2 hours across the street gym. Restaurant is closed Sundays (only open for breakfast Sunday)

Location and staff were fabulous. The air conditioning is excellent and internet was fast. The beds were ok. We loved the in-house restaurant. The pool was nice.

Pillows need updating. The water pressure is terrible for showering. Some of the flooring is dated and old. The Ice Maker was broken on the 1st floor, but you could use the 2nd floor Ice machine. The only problem is there is no elevator to the upper floor for someone with mobility issues.

The facilities are excellent for the price. Clean, spacious and comfortable.

Customer service must be impeccable. The staff just did their job. They should exceed expectations as this is a business and not charity. They should be happy to have guests, but I didn't notice that happiness. Just my 2 cents for improvement. Other than that, excellent!

very clean big rooms, I’ve stayed here other times and the double beds are more comfy then their king beds. they accommodated me for a early check in witch was extremely helpful and very appreciated. they don’t bother you and the value for the room is extremely good it is probably one of my favourite in London

the king beds are not as comfy as there doubles and the room didn’t have lotion

We were very impressed with the motel. Ramada has a good reputation and yours upheld it. From the outside, we were unimpressed, but once in, everything and everbody was excellant.

Outdoor building look was very deceiving ...not comparable to other nearby motels, but, once in the building - it changed our opinion immediately.

The room was clean and we had a good night's sleep. The restaurant was ok but the food could be warmer also the coffee. My comparison is with the Day's Inn that we stayed when we visited London. We will certainly consider your facility on our next trip to London.

Location was excellent. Lots of shopping and food around. Beds were comfortable. The fridge in the room was quite large!

I needed plastic cutlery and what they offered me was just loose cutlery with no wrappers. Kind of gross since we have no idea who has touched it but we needed it so we had to take it.

The room was was it said it was, a suite, ergo a living area and a seperate suite with king bed. This kitchenette was a great and helpful feature. At check in, I received 15% discount for the restaurant located in the hotel. The food is amazing. Fresh food made to order.
