Aquarius Motel

Easy check in, terrific people running it. Now that nght the WORST snowfall in YEARS hit and it was a nightmare for everyone. They were all out there doing their best to shovel, and manage the plows blocking every car in. The roads were not safe, without any question or concern (as I was only paid for one night) they let me stay in the room, didnt even come after me for my credit card until later that night when we were dug out more. Just really appreciate a well run and caring Manager/staff. Also Newly renovated and VERY clean

Well - its a motel, you shouldnt expect a $300 a night room! I saw things that were newly renovated and clean and I always appreciate that, but still the door security did not make me happy. I could see daylight between the door and the frame so it wasnt sitting wright....it was cold too so the heater was just WORKING overtime! I wasnt cold, but a good solid shoulder block to that door would have easily busted open the ONLY lock which was an old handle. Im not saying Perth is an unsafe place, and im an overly focused on safety person, but I would suggest next upgrade is to ore solid doors and some kind of chain lock or security bar.

We attended a wedding nearby so good location and excellent value for your money. Renovated rooms. New bathroom. Very clean. Free parking. Perfect for our needs. I only suggest extra blankets. I would definitely book again.

Just include extra blankets, otherwise it exceeded our expectations.

I expected a minimum of cleanliness but I was impressed with the high level of cleanliness for the price of the room. The room was large, one queen bed with two lounge chairs, a very comfortable bed, relatively new matching furniture, recently painted (walls and ceiling), tiny but extremely clean and renovated bathroom. The location is very peaceful, close to many restaurants and other services., staff was very friendly and helpful. But the main reason for booking at this motel was the absence of carpeting. All in all this motel exceeded my expectations, I would return there and I recommend it. Great value for your money.

The bathtub and toilet area could have been a bit larger.

We especially liked the kindness and the service orientedness of the personal. They even helped us figure out interesting places to visit and for sightseeing at our next stop. No effort was too much.

Sometimes a little bit noisy but what can you expect from a motel?

This is a very clean pleasant motel. But more importantly the owners are kind people. When my dad fell in his room, while we had gone out, the owner took care of him till ambulance arrived. Great place to stay.

The property is not very attactive, but the rooms were very clean, and bathroom had been updated and bes very compfortable Iappreciated that the AC had been turned on prior to my arrival.

Several guests were sitting outside drinking, which was off putting on arrival. Could there be a small patio area for people to sit?

it is very well maintained. Room was well-appointed and spotless. Located on a major highway, very close to the places I visited on the weekend. The manager was very professional and welcoming.

I always like it there. It's quiet, clean, modern, and is run by a very friendly.family.

The only thing I would have to say is some of their door locks need to be re keyed. They are old handles and sometimes it takes a few tries for the key to open the door. Amazing place though!

The room was newly renovated and was absolutely stunning. Excellent room rate for what we got. Bed super comfortable, towels luxurious, granite tub surround and vanity. Owner was very nice and personable.

Everything was really nice and super clean! Room was very spacious and fortunately without carpet. Wifi worked perfectly. The motel is well located. There are some fast food restaurants around as Tim Hortons and Wendy’s. The way to downtown is easy and short and Perth is really a cute city. Totally can recommend this Motel! 👍
