Quality Inn & Suites Petawawa

The breakfast was first class. The staff were always friendly and helpful. I have never been in a hotel That i couldn't find something that could be better until now. We stayed a week and it felt like a bed and breakfast. I would recommend the Petawawa Cuality Inn.

The room rates fluctuate from day to day. I would think that you get the same rate for the time you book to the time you leave.

Our stay at the Quality Inn in Petawawa was so nice! The staff at check in was so friendly, and got us checked in quickly, and explained the grab and go breakfast ordering. The room was very nice, and clean. Beds are comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised that there was coffee available in the room! The bathroom was nice and clean, the shower is so refreshing! The breakfast being a grab and go had a nice selection for us, and was fresh and ready within the 10 minutes they said it would take. Check out was also a breeze. We would definitely stay again!

it's been twice we come and we are still very happy about the location near our daughter and it was nice the second time to bring our dog as well. Thank you for accomoding the animals, very much appreciated

the first time we came in October, the pool temperature was a bit cold. We were not able to use it. so considering that, we did not use it the second time around. but now that we know that we cannot leave our animal unattended, we will not use the facility anymore

Unexpectedly great hotel! I chose this hotel as a stop on a road trip, because it was exactly between 2 destinations. I'm really glad I did! Room was big and immaculately clean, staff was very accommodating, breakfast was nice. WiFi is great! Did not use the pool but it looked awesome.

The bathroom in the room stayed a bit damp, not a huge problem though.

The breakfasts were very good, better than I've had at other hotels. We made good use of the pool and hot tub. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and must have been recently upgraded. It was also virtually sound proof. We had a great time and will be back!

Outstanding staff

The "on demand" housekeeping is likely a response to staffing challenges. I'm ok with that but would have liked enough coffee and creamer to last my stay, and the garbages emptied. I didn't call them in at 7 pm when I realized the service was on demand

Friendly staff. Great idea to offer take-out breakfast to make up for the fact that you were not able to offer the complimentary buffet breakfast. We enjoyed the food we ordered. We slept super comfortably on the just-right mattress and high-quality sheets. Everything was very clean and tidy, which is now more crucial than ever.

I understand that you could not yet allow swimming, but I was disappointed. Could you let people book a time, and limit it to just a few people per time slot? Or offer me something instead of that amenity?

Staff were wonderful and friendly. They let us book in earlier then expected. The room was clean and the breakfast was bagged so I could pick it up for 9am. Very accommodating.

Bathroom sink was slow to drain. But no big deal. Staff handled it very well when we informed them.

Conveniently located near CFB Petawawa. Excellent staff especially the hard working breakfast lady. When asked, we received our room cleaned to our standards. Updated furnishings. View of the park.

A little slow with the internet.

I liked how the front desk did a follow up when I asked for clean towels, called to see if I had indeed received them.

I didn't particularly like the heated up breakfast sandwiches. I don't like a lot of carbohydrates for breakfast. I would have liked a buffet style where there would be different kinds of eggs and toast.
