Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites - Woodstock, an IHG Hotel

All of the staff we encountered were excellent. We were greeted from the moment we arrived right down to breakfast. Top notch staff whom all had a happy positive attitude. Main areas including our room were clean and excellent. I highly recommend this location whether travelling alone, as a couple or family.

There’s not much I can write in here. Only thing that comes to mind is perhaps the slide could be open beyond weekends. Doesn’t have to be all day, I would say a short window in the morning between breakfast and the typical checkout or even the evening from check in to perhaps pool closure time. Just a suggestion.

Everything. It was clean, comfortable, inviting, friendly staff, breakfast was delicious, very accommodating. We will definitely come back if in the area!

It would have been nice if the pool slide had more availability. It was a very busy weekend and the line up to get on the slide was long. On weekends the rooms are sold out it would be nice to extend the hours the slide is open as well!

Room was great, check in and out was fast, location was easy to access.

On our first night there were at least 30 people sitting in the hallway; drinking and yelling, as well as children running up and down the halls; yelling and banging on the walls. The adults went into their rooms around midnight, however the children continued to run the halls until 1am. It was extremely annoying as we had to be up early the next day for a wedding. As well as was supposed to be a relaxing night away from the baby.

Check in was quick. Facilities and room were very clean. Nice indoor pool with water slide. Nice workout room. Walkable to restaurants and shopping. Nice breakfast spread!

We were charged a high fee for early check-in which was not stated when we called about early check-in!

Very clean, comfortable and welcoming environment. The staff were so lovely and very friendly. The room was exceptional, very clean and had so many complimentary features- 2 huge flat screen TV’s, mini fridge, little kitchenette. I will definitely be re-visiting this hotel and recommending it to everyone! Thank you for an amazing stay.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. But mostly I appreciated the staff and how friendly and helpful they were. They are way overworked but still very pleasant.

That the poor front desk girl had to manage everything at night. Including security, by herself.

The staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. Lots of parking & well lit. The room was comfortable, quiet, and well laid out. Lots of convenient shopping and restaurants near by.

The staff was amazing and very accommodating! We were in town for a funeral, and they were able to provide us with a late check-out. Breakfast was good, our room was spacious and our bed was super comfy!

The breakfast was so good. A lot of choice. The room was clean and bright. My family enjoyed the pool. I liked the free paper service.

I did not like the smell of cloline on the bed sheet and duvet. I did not like the slippery bath tub.

The breakfast was really good, hotel was nice and clean. Bed was comfy.

The pillows were not the greatest. There were no extra pillows and blankets in the room. That would have been great. Should also give more then one pack of sugar for coffee when more then one guest staying in the room.
