Hotel is perfect! We stayed in a studio on the second floor, very good size room, beautiful, with electric fireplace, super clean! Our room was next to elevator, but it did not bother us, good soundproofing. Very nice view with balcony. Kitchen has absolutely everything you need, full size refrigeration, dishwasher... Very good location, close to gondola, literally couple of min. Very good hot tub, renovated sauna (I guess cedar wood) you really enjoy after skiing. My son stayed in the same hotel couple of days ago and is absolutely happy with it as well. Many many thanks to all hotel staff for your hard job to make people happy!

Very comfortable room. Sofa bed was about as comfortable as a sofa bed ever is! The actual bed was quite comfy though. Good location in the pedestrian village.

It was awkward to get in/out of the shower. There is one glass door near the shower head, and that door runs half the length of the tub. The other end is open to get in and out of the shower, but it's also next to the toilet. A person with mobility or balance issues might have some difficulties.

I appreciated the size of the room we had as well as the comfort of the beds and the renovated bathroom.

I didn’t like that the path from the property to the pedestrian village was often flooded by water and muddy. Our suite has nearly everything we needed. Except for a frying pan. I was a little disappointed that we mentioned we were there to celebrate our 25th anniversary but that it wasn’t recognized or that they didn’t do anything special.

the room beat our expectations. Everything was very clean and well kept. The hottub and sauna were great but were a bit crowded on Friday night. We forgot an expensive toothbrush in the room and got it back through the fantastic lost and found system for Tremblant Village. That was very nice surprise!

We could hear the neighbouring rooms a bit but it didnt really cause any problems for us as the other room was quiet at night. Perhaps it was because we had a shared door with our neighbouring room.

The washing machine and dryer needs mobile app to operate, unfortunately both dryers wont connect to the app, so we end up with wet clothes, front desk offered to use the dryer at their nearby sister lodge, though not far, its still a challenge walking in the rain with a suitcase full of wet clothes. When we called support to get a refund, the person on the other line told us to give her our mailing address and will just mail the cheque. duh?! so much for using technology that they cant even do a simple etrans for refunds.

fantastic location near the top of the village! Ski in/out was perfect though we opted to walk up the short distance to the main gondola in the mornings rather than ski down the hill and have to ride the cabriolet with everyone from the lower village. Lodging privilege for early up at 7:45am every morning was quite the luxury, getting freshly groomed snow and less crowds meant that we often had skied our fill by early afternoon.

we asked for a quiet room based on other traveler’s reviews that it would be noisy. we were very happy to have a quiet room but could see how many others might be as people walk from the elevators etc

3rd time staying there and loved it! The room we got had a kitchenette which was perfect for making meals. Very convenient location and great atmosphere!

We booked this time with lodge because of their pool! However we only got to enjoy it one day out of the 3 days. They were accommodating and gave us passes for the waterslides next door which was amazing! But the pool needs cleaning and it was closed during the week because of staffing issues.

The location is amazing! We got an upgrade and the staff was really nice with us. The room was very comfortable, and the kitchenette was well equipped. Convenient underground parking. My son enjoyed the outdoor pool and the billiards table.

Clean, spacious rooms, our room is 335 and it is facing the village. The hotel is steps away to slopes. I love the full kitchen. I love when there is a dish washer. All utensils were in the dishwasher when we arrived and clean and ready to use. The ladies at the reception were friendly and accommodating.Clean and fresh linens. We had to share pool from other hotel with spa- which is amazing.

There was construction going on, the elevators were all wrap with blankets, the hallways/hallway carpets are a little outdated and dusty, the main lobby looks boring, maybe needs fresh flowers? It can be more inviting. The parking lot is too tight. But these are just my opinion. The most important thing is the room. We are comfortable.

Room was great, simple, clean, good additional facilities such as Microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. Bathroom amenities and shower were excellent. The hot tub, sauna and billiard table were enjoyed by the whole family.

One of the elevators was broken which was challenging since there are only two and the staff were using the working one in addition to the guests.
