Very clean - our housekeeper was amazing Modern and beautiful Comfortable Nice amenities Bathrobe and slippers were a nice touch Plush towels Lobby is high end and smells lovely

Bathroom has no privacy/not practical **this was a huge con and will impact whether I stay there again** Room not ready until 2 hours after check in time stated Some staff were delightful and others less so The music from the restaurant on the fifth floor was incredibly loud and went until 11pm - our room was 7 floors above and on the same side and it kept us awake the whole time We ate at the Muze restaurant and the first chicken skewer they served me was still raw on the inside and by the time the next one was ready, my dinner partner was finished her meal and they still charged full price for the meal - our wait staff was lovely though

The room was very clean and comfortable. Room is better for couples as there is little privacy. Shower is right in the center of the room, although it is frosted so it's still private. Bed is very firm and extremely comfortable if you like that. Nice to have a fridge and a sitting area. Pool and hot tub were a great bonus! Staff was very helpful!

It should be noted that events at the Place des Arts across the street can be heard. Fortunately the concerts ended at 11pm so it was quiet after that.

We had a delicious breakfast served by kind and attentive staff. We had dinner twice at the hotel; once the evening we arrived at the Terrace: the short ribs were fabulous. We returned to have dinner at Commodore late Saturday evening: I had the salmon and my husband had a vegetarian beefsteak tomato with polenta and we both enjoyed our meals immensely. We can't say enough about how great the food was at Honeyrose.

The floors in the room were cold.

Someone was waiting at the door to help with our bags. We had a nice 2 queen beds city view, all windows.. WOW! Once arrived in the room, the phone rang. It was the desk asking if everything was ok and if we needed something else (when we booked, we asked for more pillows). The room was huge and stunning! Beds and pillows were comfortable. Everything was better than what we expected. 10/10

The first night is Sunday where the restaurant on 3rd floor play music very loud. I called right upon check-in but was given no valuable solution except for offering ear bugs (not delivered to my room at all). I was told that they will stop playing music until 11pm, but it never stops until I called again at 11:20pm to let them stop.

this is a FANTASTIC hotel . The decor / design of this Hotel is impeccable. there is no flaw. The room was fantastic , bed super comfortable , the bathroom just WOW. The commun spaces of the hotels are all as beautiful as fonctionnal, we could have spend hours taking pictures! and the COMMODORE restaurant also offers GREAT DESIGN! and food was great! staff was super nice. we only regret not having stay longer !

Wow. I can’t tell you enough how great this very new hotel is.. it’s got so much charm, a nice pool/spa/dry sauna, a swanky 5th floor patio bar/restaurant, and main floor more formal restaurant. It also has a coffee shop with pastries if you don’t want a formal sit down breakfast and the coffee is fantastic. I also like the location since it’s walkable to many shopping areas and not just Saint Catherine St. Super comfy and clean.

Hotel is beautiful, especially wellness part with sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pool. The staff was also nice and friendly. The location is perfect, directly in the city center. We did not have a breakfast and stayed only one night so I cannot judge more but first impression was great.

The bathroom and toilet look fancy but they do not bring enough privacy. But this is only thing to be commented as possible minus.

We really enjoyed the decor of the hotel and our room. The staff that greeted us was great the first day, but the next couple of days they wouldn't even acknowledge us. We tried to get dinner at the restaurant on our last night there and a waiter told us they couldn't fit us in without a reservation, this might have been because every business is short-staffed but he could have been a bit friendlier about it.

Great new hotel in Montreal. Location is perfect for downtown. Very clean and the staff were awesome, friendly and kind.

Lack of privacy in the bathroom, my wife did not like the curtain instead of a door. Noisy street work on road below hotel. Hallway a little dark due to the green wallpaper and carpet. Coffee shop did not have a lot to offer at 8am in the morning, just a croissant.
