Hôtel Le Bonne Entente

The Hotel was very nice, It's a lot of facilities. The Front Desk Staff were amazing & all of them were very helpful. I can't remember all names but I do remember Mehdy, Emillie, Sophie & Joanna. They offered us a Free Room Upgrade at Check In which we highly appreciated. The Rooms were very clean & had a lot of options. We also liked the Pool, the Hot Tub & the Restaurant were we had daily breakfast.

The Information provided on Booking Site about the Urbania Suite 2 Lits wasn't accurate as it showed it can only accommodate a max of 4 Persons instead of 5 !! This led us to reserve an additional room for 2 nights to accommodate my family ( 5 persons ) before we fix that with the Hotel Staff. The Hotel needs to provide a facility map for the guests since it's quite big & it wasn't clear how to reach places like the GYM. The Hotel has a lot security. Doors require a different access card from the Parking than that used for the floors & rooms. We also didn't like that the Bathroom Doors in the Urbania Suite didn't have a proper lock. Finally, considering that the Hotel is quite far from the old city, I think it should offer the Parking for free.

20 minutes from old Quebec City. 7 minutes from Walmart supercenter. Restaurant great quality. Lots of added amenities. Kids activities were phenomenal. The hotel felt like a resort. I would recommend this hotel vs staying in old Quebec. Getting reservations at restaurants is a nightmare in Quebec so we really enjoyed having a nice restaurant on location. Do not listen to the negative comments I have no idea where they stayed because it could not have been Le Bonne entente.

Room service menus inside the room vs only online and a map of the premises as I found out there was a gym on last day of my stay.

The rooms are very big and very clean. The beds are very comfortable. They accept dogs and kept them at the reception with them when I was in the spa. It was very appreciated. The staff was amazing. The jacuzzi was big and really good. The sauna too but it was in the gym so not close to the spa. The staff was amazing, Justine and Brian (I hope I have their name properly) were really great at the restaurant. I loved their company and their talk. Hope I will see them again some day!

The pool was closed. It is only open in the summer, and all the treatments at the spa were booked. But it did not bother me too much. It is a must know for families. No pools in the winter. The restaurant does not accept dogs. So they have to stay in the room and it makes the place very loudly when the dogs in the rooms yell to get out.

The place is big and allows to stay inside without need to go out to the cold at.all. activities,food,spa gym all without getting your snow boots on? The included goodies like the hot chocolate at the reception or liquor, or the coffee in the morning. However the coffee is awful

They have extra charges that weren't expected like parking! The restaurant is ridiculously expensive for little portions. So not recommended! Also, they don't know how to prepare coffee.... The spa isn't as clean as it should and it stinks of chlorine

When we arrived we were offered an apple and a water. That was not expected. The room was fantastic. It was a very comfortable room. The temperature was great, and we had a great view from the window. Breakfast was more expensive than I would normally pay for a buffet, but it was excellent and we enjoyed every item we ate. Wait staff was fantastic. We did use both the outdoor swimming pool and the hot tub. Both were great, we fully enjoyed it.

It did take a long time to check in. It would have been best to have more check-in desks open, as there was only one available. Wasps were bothering us in the outdoor tables we had for breakfast. We only had one robe in our wardrobe. There were two of us. We didn't complain at the time, as I didn't want to wait for a response. The online menu for the hotel was not functional. We could use it for information, but it was not interactive. For instance you could not order any room service, even though it was on the menu. As well, I asked a question (about the cost of the breakfast) on the app, and I did not get a response. My suggestion is to remove them from the room altogether. That way you eliminate frustration at their use.

The outside yards were well kept. The furniture in the room was comfortable and in good taste.Giving a 10$ gift card upon arrival for a wine tasting was a lovely surprise.

Morning breakfast: The plates to put our food on were not heated and so once we get to our table, the eggs,, the potatoes, any hot food is not kept hot. May I suggest to have a notice on the buffet table saying that (toasts, bagels, coffee, ) just ask the waiter and he/she will bring it at your table./// The pool: I thought by your pictures on the website that the pool was much bigger but it turned out to be a small pool.

Beautiful place, comfortable, with enough space in the room and the rest of the hotel. Good amenities. Very nice staff and always willing to help. Restaurant’s food was tasteful.

Tub without headshower was a bit unconfortable. Room was not cleaned every day.

nice property, large and comfortable suites, however one can tell that it has been suffering for some reason, covid, lack of maintenance, lack of funds..?...all of the above..?..food was great, good service, pleasant dinners for the most part, but here is where I draw the line.

for the price, I expect to have cleaning service, fresh clean towels, even if not every day, and toiletries, of course, not in a plastic bag, delivered on the last evening, and not 5 pounds of it, the window shades were broken, the location of the room was really puzzling...!...you would have to walk around all of the conference rooms, and then down with the elevator to a loading dock/storage room and then up the stairs to a hallway which would eventually take you to your suite...well, this was supposed to be a Luxury Suite, but not, there's work to be done...also, communications are a bit on the harder side, and that is where lot's of misunderstandings happen as well...overall, ok, but not more than that.

House keeping was not done. Had to ask for towels No cream for hands. Had to ask. Only to capsules of coffee in the room. Bed board was not clean. Fridge was not closing well. Had to fix toilet chain. It broke. Was loose from the begining. Staff very nice. Nice room.

The super late check in and the unfriendly reception. That could be improve we had to wait till 16:30 for our room and they offered us a completmentary drink for the wait. Also have to say breakfast kitchen closing hours morning at 9:30 too early and night 9pm not very accommodating. The rest was amazing staff in general are friendly and our waitress was really amazing.
