Hotel Rimouski

I chose the hotel because of the pool, and after 3 days here, I have to say it was the best choice. My kids loved it! They simply went down the slide a thousand times. The room was very comfortable, very clean and spacious. Frigobar, coffee maker, TV... everything ok. Good locariam. We loved it.

The room cleaning service is on demand, as I was out during the day and did not request it, the 3 days we stayed there was no change of towels or replacement of coffee and shampoo. But I am sure that if I had asked, they would have cleaned the room. The only thing I didn't find comfortable were the pillows, too high for my taste. But this was a detail that did not affect the stay. I would definitely come back.

1) the room is clean and comfy, but the bath room is designed strangely as there is no door for the shower so the water is so easy to splash everywhere. 2) the staffs are very nice and friendly 3) the swimming pool is cool and my kid loves it so much 4) the location is in the center of Rimouski, so it is very convenient to everywhere.

The staff at the reception was not very interested in making us feel welcome and comfortable. They did not properly instruct us on how to secure the bed for our kids so we had to go back to the reception and ask. There, instead of apologizing for not properly instructing us, they made us feel as if we should have known. There was really no sign of service orientation.

We enjoyed staying at your hotel because there were no carpet's in the room and having all the great restaurants one street behind the hotel is a bonus

When you are a repeated customer you should upgrade our room to say thank you for visiting us again

Spacious room, free and sufficient parking space. Friendly staff at reception, easy check in an check out. Hotel facing the St.-Lawrence-River (just one street between). Quiet and centrally located to explore Rimouski and the nearby surrounding

Due to nice inside pool there was smell of chlorine in the lobby but not in our room

The room was well equipped and the bathroom had a large counter

We had a king suite with a “city view” but it was the second floor and all we saw was the backside hotel parking lot. The room shouldn’t be up charged for a city view

Although the hotel is full it was quiet in our room. There are extra pillows and the pillows aren’t flat. We like that there is a fridge and microwave in the room and that it’s easy to adjust the temp in the room.

nothing! the electric chargers were out of use but they credited the public one from circuit électrique which is 2,50$ per charge (level two). usually they would have 5 available level 2 chargers.

Staff was friendly, room was impeccable and the pool and slide a great favourite for the kids. Hotel included free parking. It was by the river and we took a nice walk at night.

Breakfast was not included. For the price of the room it should have been.

I was there for the Show on the weekend and it was comfortable and convenient. Very clean - staff very friendly and one staff member found my computer bag and called me immediately ! Thank you so much !
