Excelsior Hôtel Spa Sainte-Adèle

It was a great experience staff is nice and friendly the breakfast at the restaurant was delicious rooms were spacious and clean the outdoor spa's were very nicely set up and clean the bed was comfy and clean the little balcony was nice to have to enjoy the fresh air in the morning.

The only dissapointing thing was the view on the parking lot pretty much all around the building there is no interesting view. Considering I drove up north to see some nature it was dissapointing... I guess this could be partly on me for not looking more into the location before booking.

I've been to this hotel several times already and I love their indoor/outdoor heated swimming pools and hot tub/jacuzzi. There're enough chairs here and there and we could easily find our own spots to relax or most of rooms got balconies, too. I like the fact that we could eat in the restaurant downstairs if we don't feel like going out and their food is pretty good.

No elevator. For some people, it might be hard to go up/down the stairs with luggage if our room is on the 3rd floor. Better coffee machine and some sugar or tea bags in the room would be nice to have. Noticed smell of cigarette coming from somewhere.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Petit Train du Nord trail, has free parking, and indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, and a restaurant on-site. I have stayed here several times in winter and summer and would recommend it to anyone who has activities in the area.

The heater was noisy but we turned it off when we went to bed anyway. Visitors should know that the hotel does not have an elevator and you have to climb a few stairs at the entrance in case stairs would be an issue.

We stayed in the Presidential King room and it was very comfortable. Having a jet tub was a nice bonus, and the room was very spacious. Everything seemed clean, plenty of towels were provided, and there was a Nespresso machine for morning coffee . Wifi seemed decent, and the pool hours were good.

Not an issue for us but may be helpful for others: - no elevators in building so accessibility could be an issue - location is a bit of a drive to area attractions

Great place, close to town and right across the road from a gas station/beer store. Having 2 pools was a great option. We got a jacuzzi suite and it was very nice and comfortable! Anne-Michelle at the desk was very friendly and took great care of us! 10/10 would stay again.

Could use some updates and maintenance to the rooms. Balconies should be swept for very large amount of spider webs.

The hotel is in a great location surrounded by trees. Less people during the week so it was quiet. Surrounded by Mother Nature and the mountains was the BEST!

The exterior pool area was cluttered. I could not use the outside spas because of the smell of the chlorine pucks, too strong for me because I have asthma.

We were in presidential suit. The room was fairly clean. Towels smelled fresh. There was a jacuzzi in the room. We were pleasantly surprised. There are other amenities like outdoor and indoor swimming pool that we didn't try. I think there was also an indoor jacuzzi. Sufficient parking spaces and friendly staffs. Excellent value for your money. .

Inside the room is a bit outdated but you can't beat the price.

The room was nice and balcony was well located, however i heard humming in my room because of the pool pumps beside that i was satisfied with everything and would consider going back on different occasion.

Stated in the comments of what I liked, so I will not repeat myself again. I have no further negative comments.

The water in the pools, both inside and outside were heated. That was very welcoming especially that the outdoor temperature reached only 21C. Also the pools had some seating area in the water. It felt like being in a thermal pool. Very nice!

I could not shot-off the air-conditioning in the room. The weather was such that AC was not needed.
