Jameson and Wendy at the front desk were great they asked us about our trip, explained hotels services, and provided excellent customer service. Room was large, clean and nicely furnished. Walk-in shower, large vanity. There was plenty of parking and an excellent breakfast with several choices of food. Located next to Walmart and restaurants in a safe, quiet area.

The staff were freindly and helpful and the breakfast was good. The hotel was also kept clean
The only thing that I did not like is that the pool and hut tub were not available. That was something that I was really looking forward to. I honestly found it very ridiculous that it was still closed because of covid. I don't know if the other hotels in that area had there pools closed but this is the only place where I know that the pool was closed. I know of other people that went to other hotels in other cities or town that had there pools available. For that reason I feel like I over paid for my stay.

We booked online because of the pool. pool was closed. When we called to confirm reservation they said we were on a waiting list even though we had a confirmation number from booking.com. Elevators were covered in dirty hand prints. No bedding for our pull out couch. had to call down and go get bedding ourselves, they wouldn’t bring it to our room. Only 2 towels for 3 people staying. No face cloths. water temp on shower dangerously hot. No working ice machines.

The location was a nice quite one.
The breakfast was not as good as we have had in other Best Westerns it could have been better. There was no pool or hot tub so we failed to see what the plus was in the name.
