Cobble Creek Lodge

This was a truly exceptional find on our drive across Canada! Everywhere else we’ve stayed in this price range was just okay. This hotel was so comfortable, from the warm welcome of the staff, to the large well-equipped King room, to the comfortable bed, and on to a pleasant breakfast room with a good selection of foods to start your day. And the value for money was really good - the first place where our final bill was less than $200. Highly recommend and we will stay here again on our return trip! 😊

The location isn’t very pretty, but being a few minutes off the highway it’s much quieter than most hotels we’ve stayed at along the way. The TV picture was blurry, not sure why. Nothing else was a problem at all.

We were told upon check-in that they'd given us a free upgrade. Imagine our shock when we entered what turned out to be a 2 bedroom suite, with every imaginable amenity! There was a full kitchen including a dishwasher, as well as a washer & dryer. Very comfortable beds, and nice and quiet. Thanks so much!

Nothing....best place that we've ever stayed. We've done many road trips and stayed in many places. This was hands down the best!

Clean building, well lit, clean rooms and friendly staff.

We had arrived to the hotel fairly early so we could relax and watch tv/movies since driving 9 hours that day then to find out after they just had someone out to fix the internet but what ever he just did knocked out the tv all evening/all night/all morning. it was horrible. we may as well just kept driving. there was no discount brought up or anything. I am very disappointed.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and very well built. Sound didn’t travel through the halls and into our suite at all. The continental breakfast was excellent and well stocked and attended to. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The two bedroom suite was very clean and had more amenities than we could’ve asked for. We will definitely stay there again next time we are in the area. Definitely a 10 out of 10!

The room was an exceptional price for how much we got. I didn't realized when I booked that I had booked a two bedroom suite, and yet we only paid $200 for the night which was pretty amazing and worked out well since my partner and I ended up travelling with his younger cousin. Also grateful that it happened to be exactly where we needed to stay for the night in order to make it home the next day at a decent time.

We arrived around 11pm, and the only front desk staff member was either new, or hadn't worked the night shift in a while. It took about 20 mins for him to get things prepared with us even though we had booked hours earlier and had filled out the requests aspects to make a "quicker check in' possible. Normally this wouldn't have bothered me, but we had just driven through an awful storm/tornado warning area, and had been travelling for 7 hours already. I wanted to sleep lol. Also not thrilled about the fact that when we checked in the next morning at 9am, that he was still there!! Poor guy. And the ladies at the desk in the morning were dressed inappropriately for a work environment, and not very friendly.

We were pleasantly surprised with the entire complex. It is very clean and accessible. Our room was exceptional and we were particularly surprised at the detail that went in to make this hotel handicapped accessible. The doorways are all wide enough for wheelchairs. The bathroom in the room is large and the shower stall is completely decked out for safety including grab bars and a fold down seat. The room itself is large and the bed comfy. We did not get to enjoy the complimentary breakfast as we had already made plans with a family member living in Maple Creek to meet at a restaurant. I don't know what other hotels or motels in Saskatchewan do but each parking stall has plugs for block heaters in the winter. We highly recommend Cobble Creek Lodge and not only would stay there again but almost feel like making a trip back to Maple Creek just to stay at the Lodge.

Really not much without being picky.

The property is beautiful and spotless. The staff is lovely.

There was a late, loud party for the owners the first night of our stay. That being said, when we mentioned it they refunded us for our first night’s stay. Above and beyond what they needed to do honestly. Unfortunately, because I had prepaid with booking.com I had to contact booking.com repeatedly to get the refund that I physically watched the motel staff enter.

It was incredibly hot so we asked to check in early. Our room wasn't quite ready so we say in the lobby and drank lemon water. Our room was large and very clean. The property is very well maintained. We were surprised to learn it was 8 years old. Maple Creek itself is a "hidden gem".

There is a breakfast room but there is no restaurant.However, there are good restaurants in town.

The hotel was very beautiful and clean. Room was very large and the beds were extremely comfortable. Shower was great once I figured out how to use it. Continental breakfast was okay.

The TV in the room was in an always led location in front of only one bed making it hard for family in the other bed to watch tv. Elevator was loud, my son was too scared to use it and used stairs as it scared him.

Location - good, comfort - awesome, view - awesome, Staff - good, cleanliness - good.

Unfortunately, each day that I attended breakfast, it was not ready and just being put out. I went to the Continental breakfast around 610 each day and it was not ready. Outdated menus for restaurants. I brought a Roku and could not plug it into the TV.
