For my purposes this hotel was in an excellent location (walking distance from my elderly parents), the staff was friendly and helpful, the packed-to-go complimentary continental breakfast was tasty, the wifi was good, and the air conditioning was quiet & worked well. And the bed was hands down the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. I splurged for a suite, and thoroughly enjoyed curling up on the cough in the evenings to watch the Olympics on the big screen TV.
The room had a sour smell, like milk had been spilled on the carpet at one point and never properly cleaned up, and the bathroom floor was dirty (though the rest of the bathroom was clean).

Staff was great. Steven, the staff member at the continental breakfast, was fantastic. Pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and very willing to help. Also kept his area amazingly clean.
Bathtub in our room needed some tlc.

Overall the rooms, bathrooms, services are great.
Overall was great but disappointed that there was no breakfast due to COVID-19. The package breakfast was a complete let down. Should put more effort - the muffins were not fresh, no fruit, granola bars and bottled juices were not great. Since everyone is raving about the breakfast in this hotel, if there is no breakfast at least the replacement package breakfast shouldn’t be too far out. Hope the management takes note on this.
