Nice clean and confrotable rooms. Great wifi signal. Staff was excellent and very accomadating. Special thanks to Angel, Santiago, Claudia and Javier at the bar was awesome. The housekeeping cleaning crew were also very friendly and did an amazing job tiding up the rooms.
The free breakfast could be better. We elected to pay and and eat at Juan y Medio an onsite restaurant owned by the hotel which had a better selection and much better coffee. Service at the restaurant was awesome. Thanks to the professor who was our waiter was excellent and took great care of us.

I like the hotel so much it was over my expectations.as I saw many bad comments before.but for me my room was clean and has all facilities that I need.also the breakfasts it was really good the staffs were really nice and helpful.
The heat pool is just need a little more lights and that is the only thing was disturbing me.

the location is close to famous Vineyard in Losa Andes area. it is easy for us to go around vineyard.
There is a facility which is hot Spa/hot pool. I reary wanted to use hot pool. But, it didn't work.. And, I used normal pool, I visited to there a littel earlier season of pool, however, it was not clean.
