MR Mar Suites (ex Neruda Mar Suites)

We paid a little extra to have a room with ocean view. So worth it, spent most of our time on the deck listening to waves, the barking seals, not to mention the amazing view. Short walk to a sandy beach and restaurants.

Tried to catch the bus into Valparaiso. Not sure if I was at wrong bus stop but the bus did not come. It was a Sunday...The units could use a little updating but were clean.

Great location, sea view, friendly staff and comfortable room overall.

Lack of room maintenance. You could see mould in ceiling (minor), windows didn't lock completely and we had to ask reception to adjust the room temperature which is a bit uncomfortable.

Great location on the shoreline, in front of a small beach. Lots of facilities we didn´t have time to use, like games room, hot tub, pool, etc

Parking is a tad tricky if you have a big car, but you can always park right outside, no big deal, pretty safe.

The apartment we hired, have a good space for a group of 3 or 4 people. 2 bathrooms are nice, a small kitchen very convenient to prepare big breakfasts and coffee. The jacuzzi and the pool are good. Walking distance to Cochoa restaurants and Reñaca. We extended another night no problems and kept the same apartment. Service and cleaners are great.

The location was perfect. The room was fantastic. It was well appointed with all kitchen and the furniture necessary for a pleasant stay. The staff was super attentive and professional. The parking was readily available in front of the property and you could walk to multiple places to eat and have a lovely evening.

Good facities, jacuzzi and game room. It's outside of Viña del Mar but I thought that was good, less people. It was very easy to take the bus to Viña del Mar and Valparaiso

I would have loved to have breakfast included! That would have made a big difference.

There was nothing to eat within the facilities. It was hard to get a spot in the Jacuzzis. The swimming pool should be heated, since natural temperatures make it too cold.

View was amazing! Just in front of the ocean. You could hear and see sea lions chilling in the rocks just in front. Also loved the jacuzzi on the rooftop: very much appreciated!

parking limited, difficult access for large or low vehicles. Hot tubs with one hour reservation, many people do not show, hard to get a time.

LOCATION ..... BEACHFRONT. SOME GOOD FACILITIES; HOT TUB, GAME ROOM. THE STAFF IS VERY NICE AND THE PRICE IS FAIR.

THE PLACE NEEDS AN UPDATE.
