Concierge staff, very helpful. help in Booking taxis and location on Map with Chinese writing card. In China can’t rely on Google translate. We have had several sample parcels collextion and concierge handled it very efficiently. With a smile. Breakfast had fair options for vegetarians, Tthough suggest to place labels with marking if foods contain Eggs, Meat, nuts to help choose. Location was 10 min drive to NECC expo centre. 20-25 min walk as hard to find taxi in NECC expo days. Close to shopping mall with several restaurants options. Overall good location.

We have 3 rooms. One of the twin bed room have shower within the tub. It’s hard to stand in tiny tub and have shower. NO curtain to hold water in the tub. Easy to mess the whole bathroom and risky

We chose this hotel mainly for its position, very close to the Hongqiao railway station. Apart that, we were very satisfied with the quality of the rooms, spacious and well furnished, and with the variety and quality of the food offered for breakfast. Staff at the check-in was very helpful (english speaking, which is not a detail in China): we asked for a late check-out (on payment, of course) and they arranged it very easily.

It is not probably in the responsibility of the hotel, but we found that in spite of the short distance from the railway station, it is not so easy to reach the hotel because there are no indications (same thing, going from the hotel to the station). Specially in the late hours, when the nearby commercial centre 'The hub' is closed, it is quite difficult to find the way for the hotel, and if you are travelling with heavy luggages, the situation can be quite uncomfortable.

Both front desk and Concierge were extreamely helpful. I especially appreciate a young concierge Mr. Du who went extra miles to get taxi for me to go to the train station when I departed from hotel.

The hotel is actually NOT at walking distance from the pirport terminal and the trainstation. Not only the street to the hotel is bumpy, there's no elevator for the sky bridge that goes across the traffic in front of the hotel. So you will have a hard time to talk to the hotel if you have heavy laggage. To help you estimate the distance, my taxi cost was 60 CNY to come to the hotel and 26 CNY for my departure to the train station. Most of the hot items for breakfast were actually cold and the service people were not as friendly as the concierge like Mr. Du.

Breakfast had vast variety . There were many vegetarian food also. Since i was vegetarian i wanted to eat. but i could not as the vegetarian food was kept very close to the non veg section and people were taking the non veg things also with the same serving spoon. Also if Can mention some where the items that can be had by Indian vegterian people it will be easier for all indians. At the time of my visit there were 20-25 indians staying there. Since the defination of vegetarian is different for different regions. if this could find a mention on the menu desk would have been helpfull.

Good location

The toilet has a little bit problem. It was clogged after I flushed the toilet paper into the toilet which we usually do in Australia and anywhere else in the world. When I reported to the staff I was told I should have not thrown the toilet paper into the toilet, I should have put it into the bin which I felt was disgusting. Anyway, they helped me to fix the problem and the gentleman who came to help me was nice and helpful he pointed out that the reason why the toilet was clogged was because the toilet paper was insoluble. I wish they can fix this problem.

Position very nice if you need to stay next to exhibition center and Hongqiao stations. If you have some hours free you can go jogging next to the river in a beautiful loop

Wi-fi and connection not really suitable for foreigners due policy against software and app from western. This is quite pity. Same situation on TV services… few channels available in English

The room and toilet were very spacious, clean and well lit. Well-located beside the bullet train station that have access to other cities. The hotel staff were very responsive to enquiry about traveling around Shanghai. I highly recommend Bryan Du Hong Liang (hotel staff) for helping me to arrange for transport to and fro destinations out of the hotel as I was unable to do so without a local phone number.

The hotel is tucked away in what seems to be a new and very business district. location was great as near the station (a short 15 min walk) and also a 15 min drive away (as you have to loop around a 1-way system). The room was comfortable and the facilities nice.

It was so quiet!! also few english speakers.

The hotel room and toilet were very spacious, clean and well-lit. The hotel staff were very polite and responsive to enquiry on transport within the city. The hotel is within 10mins walking distance to the bullet train station that has trains easily accessible to other cities.

The hotel facilities were terrific. It is really a nice hotel.

The location fits our needs, close to the train station and the airport, but other than that, it is not the best location. It is an excellent choice if you need something close to the airport/train station.
