Staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean. The location is near shoping street, restaurants and only walk a bit to the subway. I had a great time in Shenyang, at the hotel and overall everything was great during my stay. You do not need to bring the adapter coming here, I mean at the hotel they have universal plug.
I do not like that is was hot in summer, it was hot and dry. I am from Thailand so I use to hot and humid.

It was a holiday trip for 2 weeks. We started from Beijing and ended in Harbin. This hotel offered the most reasonable price. And the staffs are very helpful.

The staff was extremely helpful and dedicated to make our stay comfortable. They helped us providing information on the tourist attractions and schedules, as well as booking taxis for us (our Mandarin is limited). Special mention to the concierge! The hotel has an excellent location: close by the shopping area and restaurants. The room was quiet and clean. We definitely enjoyed our stay here!

(1) Shopping mall attached, shopping district nearby. (2) Some nice restaurants can be found in the shopping mall. Like 福禄小笼, desert for 汇巢鲜茶. (3) By the main road (4) Room is big, nice and cozy. (5) Convenient shop nearby hotel (6) Hotel concierge was very helpful. (7) Shengyang was snowing when I was there on 30-December-2023. (8) Welcome fruit in the room (9) Impression is the people of Shengyang are more helpful and friendly. (10) MRT station are near within walking distance. like 太原街站 and Shengyang station (11) Mcdonald fast food just around the corner.
(1) While I was trying to take a video of the lobby, the receptionist Rita told me to stop filming her. I wonder, she was not my purpose of filming why she waved me to stop? Therefore, sorry no pictures or video of the lobby guys. (2) I had 2 rooms, requested to be connected or near to each other, but they assigned 1 at the very east, the other one at the very west. (3) The shower is a bit too hard to manage how to switch on (4) There should be a night market walking street, unfortunately someone told me during winter the street do not have these market.
