The buffet was a bit simple, and people serving you felt too intrusive when you were getting food at the buffet. The food selection could’ve been better for the standard of the hotel.

Very comfortable beds and clean rooms. Nice air conditioning.

This isn’t a 5 star hotel but it’s a nice hotel. No way it’s 5 star though. We were asked to leave the sauna and jacuzzi for not booking to use them which is crazy. There were no other free bookings for our stay. The gym is very basic and the cleaning staff constantly walked in and out because their store cupboard is in there. A private party at the pool went very late playing ridiculously loud music so we couldn’t sleep until after midnight.

The hotel is nice and new. It has comfy rooms, a good swimming pool area, and a great restaurant. It is strategically located and offers everything needed to have a pleasant stay. I want to mainly recognize the people´s attitude as there is an excellent service from the check-in.

There is not much to say here, but the pillows could be improved. Those were not as new and comfortable as the bed was.

Breakfast was very good, the room was comfortable, the AC was good. Well-equipped gym. The pool and the terrace are great with beautiful views of the city, to the sea on one side and the river on the other side. Great location, great design.

The halls in the hotel smell damp. The hotel is trying to fix the issue with air purifiers, but without air flow (there are no functional windows) it is hard to counteract the Caribbean humidity.

Nice and clean new hotel, friendly reception (especially Paulo was amazing), quiet rooms and very fast and functional wifi (I was remote working).

Some things were lacking for a five star hotel: breakfast was not very creative or varied, towels missing at gym, you could only use the spa for 30min after a massage, concierge service did not take luggage up to room, no room service, not enough sun beds.

Very good for its standard. The suite was modern and pretty.

Unfortunately, the door was not opening because it had not been revised and the locker was out of battery so the keypass did not work. Then I had to ask for a bath robe and slippers because they were not in the room which I think should be a mere standard when you book a suite in this kind of hotel standing.

Breakfast was amazing, and service was top-notch. The pool was beautiful, with an amazing view. I also loved that almost every part of the hotel was photo-op worthy, and I wash I was there for a longer time to take advantage of all the hotel had to offer.

There was a miscommunication with the airport shuttle and I was waiting at the airport for almost an hour, because they wouldn’t even answer the phone. When I got there, they apologized and tried to find out what happened, but at that time I just wanted to check-in and go to my room :/

Friendly staff, beautiful decor, clean and comfortable rooms, great service overall. Great selection at breakfast. Also great location.

There's not much I didn't like. Check in was a bit lengthy, but I don't know if that's the norm in Colombia. Beds were twinsized, but I knew that beforehand. I wish they had a microwave in the room. The shower door would not stay closed, so floormat got drenched

The room itself was nice the bed was extremely comfortable. When we arrived the staff was so pleasant and attentive. We went to the bar for a drink after a long flight and it was delicious and well made. The amenities all were nice and easily accessible. The pool area was attractive & clean. The food was so delicious, & staff was so courteous.

The one flaw was the hot water for showering was warm at best. the sink in the water kept taking long to drain and we did not receive any toiletries as our friends in another room within the hotel.

We loved the room and the design. Very comfortable beds and nice room service. We ordered food late and we had a it in the room. Very good quality food.

We didn't like to wait that long when we arrived to the hotel. We had to wait for check-in because they had a problem with their computer and where doing manually check-in. The second thing we didn't like when we got to the hotel after the party, everything was turned off in the lobby, like a house or a private building. A hotel lights must be turned on and doors open 24 hours, specially a hotel with this category, this is not a small hotel. So keep in mind to improve that whatever time is it, keep it open.
