Staff is courteous but cold. One gets a corporate vibe from the staff.

This was the perfect place to stay!! Literally across the street from a mall (Centro Comercial Santa Fe). It’s an extremely safe area! There’s another mall Rio Sur within walking distance with a nice restaurant. The nightlife scene is a laughable $3 cab ride away. Staff was sooooo on point. All shifts mirrored the same professional and great service mentality. I asked a lot of questions while I was there; they patiently answered all my needs. Shout out to the restaurant; my server was Leidy; so nice and quick to assist.

The only thing I didn’t like about this property was not being able to pack it in my suitcase and take it back home with me

NH Collection was a wonderful, business-grade hotel with all the amenities. The room was fantastic - quite large with a super comfortable bed and very nice shower/bathroom area. The pool area and grounds were lovely as well, and the restaurant was great (breakfast buffet was amazing!). The best part of the hotel though was the staff. Everyone was exceptionally friendly (genuinely so) and very helpful at all times. I would stay here again anytime!

The lighting in the bathroom area could be better. It was hard to really see yourself to put on makeup, etc.

The property was in an excellent location El Poblado, the staff were very attentive, friendly and informative. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was amazing. It is walking distance to Santa Fe Mall, restaurants and near Provenza the nightlife area.

Only negative we were two in the room and although they provided two bath towels, they only provided one hand towel and one wash towel. We had to call front desk on several occasions for towels.

Personally I want to thanks Maria Isabel, Santiago and Jaime there where above and beyond with the service to me, those are the kind of person who made a big difference in a good stay, thanks to them I am staying again for sure. The location its excellent its at two steps from Santa Fe Mall and its in the heart of El Poblado.The breakfast and attention where awesome.

It’s in a great location close to shops and restaurants. Full amenities. Excellent breakfast selection. Large hotel with great indoor and outdoor spaces.

There was a minus about a dietary request. They made up for it and comped our breakfast.

The property is beautiful, rooms are new and like in the pictures, staff goes the extra mile to deliver exceptional service. I love the gym as it’s semi open. The facial and massage I got at the spa were great. Staff at reception speak good English and were always helpful. I like the garden area. The pool was fine, although a bit cold. Nice and quiet place if you need to focus on business too, with comfortable desk and a Nespresso machine. Location is prime too, although you will need to Uber everywhere still but that’s just Medellin. It’s 2 mins walk from a big mall and shops and 10 mims walk from another nice mall.

Nothing really. Maybe the breakfast buffet could use a bit more diversity for the lean eaters (more fruits and veggies). But they can also make you things if you ask.

This property is consistently good. I have stayed here numerous times and they never disappoint. The pool is a huge bonus on sunny days. The breakfast is a bit limited these days due to Covid-measures, but it is normally very good. If so desired they bring a water cooker and/or Nespresso machine to your room. The hotel, in my opinion, is a good choice for both pleasure or business. Access to the Santa Fe mall is only a stone throw away, giving you tons of dining and shopping options.

The friendly staff, attentiveness, and cleanliness. The location was great, it's across the street from a big shopping mall. There are great restaurants, banks, currency exchanges, amd clothing stores there. It's the safest part of the city.
