Hotel Cocoplum Beach

Wow. This place is amazing! This great staff makes a big difference! Thank you so much. First they upgraded us to better room for free. They were so attentive and so nice and welcoming. I will definitely comeback! Beautiful hotel, spacious rooms, great location, swimming pool, amazing food, staff, beach and activities like singing lady during the dinner, available yet sky, swimming, beautiful sunsets, golf car rental and many more. I think this is the only hotel with hot water!!!!! I won't be able to take shower in cold water. So massive plus. Everything perfect Thank you

Very weak WiFi, We didn't get cleaning room everyday. It is not a problem, just was a bit of sand in the toalet. But this wasn't the issue. There was a lot of glons on the beach. It doesn't look beautiful on the photos of the beach and hotel. This could be cleaned.

The beach is the best in all the island; location is very close to the Island Center and other interest places; the room is very clean and with the comfort that I NEED IT. May be other peoples are expecting for a room like the Hiltons Hotels. No, they are very simples enough for a nice short vacation. Probable some of the rooms need a touch of maintenance. The employees are very friendly peoples and willing all the time to help you and fixing any issues. I decided to stay for days in this Hotels, knowing that other in El Rodadero, Santa Marta, are excellent facilities, like the "Winds" or "Reserva la Sierra". The food in the restaurant is excellent.

Everything you need is there at the hotel restaurant, gentlemen who help book things like scuba diving parasailing renting vehicles like motorcycles and jet ski. Also massages available. It is right in front of the beach I will be coming to this hotel every time I go to San Andres. Also me and my husband went he is Colombian I’m American I was surprised on how many people spoke English.

The room we had wasn’t the one I thought we were getting so it’s on me other than that absolutely nothing it was a paradise.

WiFi sometimes disconnected, so might be an issue for those who would like to work remotely here. Location is not the best for those who want to have easy access to the center.

Direct access to the beach, quiet area to rest. Friendly staff. No need to fight over beach chairs. Tour operator passes by the hotel daily to sell boat trips, very convenient. Rental of scooter or golf cart in front of the hotel al be it a little overpriced.

Restaurant was overpriced. There is nothing to do around the hotel in the evening. The hotel could have more facilities to pass the time in the evening. Cleaning of the room could be better especially since it is unavoidable to get sand inside the room at a beach hotel.

Very comfortable and pleasant hotel with a great location outside of town on a lovely beach. Comfortable room and bed, clean, daily cleaning. Helpful and accommodating staff for any needs.

Wifi not so great and only in the restaurant and lobby, but hey, this is a great place to disconnect from it all. The breakfast was a little underwhelming. They do try, though.

The staff was really friendly and helpful for the most part. The food at the restaurant had fresh seafood. Great variation in the menu. The beach was probably the best part of the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean for a beach hotel.

We left our luggage behind the front desk being that our checkout was way before our flight. When we got back to the hotel, the lady working at the front desk had no knowledge that it was our luggage. Seems like there was no communication between the day and evening shift. It caused some confusion and mistrust. I would strongly advise to book a flight back as close to the 12 - 2PM checkout time as possible to avoid the inconvenience of carrying your luggage around town while you wait for your flight. The hotel is not close to the airport.

i loved staying here - it’s a beachfront property and you can walk five min to a gorgeous beach. it’s not in the center which I personally loved - it was more secluded and relaxing and you can rent a motorbike or golf cart and drive around to amazing parts of the island with pristine white sand beaches and really cool cliff top bars. i highly recommend staying here.

Hotel in quiet position, nice, wide beach, restaurant on the beach, kind and helpfull personel. We have booking with breakfast and dinner. We could chose main dish from the menu- good proposition. Appetiser and dessert was small and average.

Personel was speaking spanish, very poor english. On the beach was a lot of seaweed but it wasn't fault of hotel

The location is great! The staff are all pleasant and helpful. Our room was big and nice, I like the set up. I liked having a balcony. The restaurant was great to have right there. We had a lot of rain days so not having to leave the hotel property was good for us.

The wifi was not available in your rooms. You had to come to the common areas (reception or restaurant) to have access to the wifi.
