Beautiful place, amazing facilities. Excellent location, access to nice beach with clear and transparent water

Unfortunately we saw the cleaning lady steal our bag of new clothes and put in the cleaning cart. Cleaning workers are not supposed to take anything from the room. We reported many times. Not sure some actions was taken by the hotel. We still paid a lot of money for our stay and we were scared for our stuff and clothes during our stay. Very unfortunate.

Fantastic resort, where everything is in hand reach, like the great pools, the private beach, gym, etc. The atmosphere within the resort is amazing and everything looks tip top. Staff is very professional and so kind. During check in we requested a room nearer at one of the pools. Eventually we even got a room with sea view. Wonderful!

Due to Corona, the room was only cleaned ones in four days. Also the toilet paper run out and towels were all used. After ringing 2 times, still no replacement. After the third time calling, toilet paper was dropped in a garbage bag on the bed, as well as the towels. Since this is an expensive 5 star hotel, to me this is not done. The rooms must be cleaned more often and placing the toilet paper and towels in the barroom would be the service on basic level what you should expect from such a hotel with this price level.

The reef is unreal. World class snorkelling right from beach.

Location, pool , beach

The staff was not friendly. I believe management needs to better trained them on customer service, and customers needs. I did had great experience with Fred at the lounge bar. He was exceptionally friendly, smile, try to accommodate our needs, and serve us with excellent skills. Also at the main restaurant near the pool during dinner great experience with Heavenly she is from Filipinas wonderful young lady which was so kind and sweet with my daughter. I truly appreciate their services. However, besides them the rest of staff was so so ..,,

We enjoyed a lot our stay at Marriott and would definitely recommend it. Hotel has recently been renovated. We loved the beach at the hotel. The staff is very friendly. We had a late evening flight and the staff arranged for us a room where we could take a shower in the afternoon without any additional cost. Great service!

Breakfast is very expensive. Therefore, we didn’t book it. There is a coffee bar at the hotel to order a small breakfast and there are some restaurants at Pirate Bay where you can take breakfast (10 min walk). Beach beds were a bit all over the place and could be of higher quality. Mini bar was not filled.

Awesome beach and clean sea full of fishes, great food, very good room. A lot of pretty birds and flowers around. Helpful staff. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Food choices could be more varied. Drinks were pretty light. Quite a few smokers. Unnecessarily complicated way to extend your room for 2 hours at checkout, had to get a manager involved.

- Beach is absolutely amazing! Very picturesque and clean. The water is turquoise, very clen and transparent. There are a lot of exotic small fishes so you can snorkel. -Great swimming pools with a sea view -Enough sunbeds for everyone. Compliments for the big umbrellas. -The hotel itself is very clen, well maintained and beautiful. It actually looks even better than on the pictures -Sea view from all the restaurants -Very nice cocktails - I would love to return one day

- The location is convenient if you are by car, otherwise it may appear a bit remote. Willemstad if several km away and taxi is very expensive (20-25 US dollars one way). - The food in the hotel restaurant is expensive. There are several restaurants nearby but because of Covid measures they close earlier and often fully packed Something which s easy to fix: -The breakfast was ok but there were (almost) not plain yoghurts. They would put several beakers but they will dissapear very quickly. Also refill of the fruit bascket wasn't done in time -Please put toilet brushes in the bathrooms

Love the tiny details, the food, the service! Beautiful hotel. Love that it seems all little details were thought of and didn’t have any of the “cheesy” things like towel cards you have to track, flashy neon green bracelets to wear etc.

The quality of the food and drinks, pretty decor,staff is absolutely great -everywhere you go!, pool service, loved the lap pool, being able to drink in the pool, amazing shower, great service all round, wonderful live music, nice sea view, sleeping with the sound of the waves.

Bed could be a big more comfy, but is not bad. One time beach towels did not come in till 1 pm. Only if someone complaints does the staff enforce the 18+ at the adult pool (happened once). It’s still fairly quiet though.

This was our second visit to Curacao Marriott and even in the midst of lock down we absolutely enjoyed our week stay!

We love to stay in an oceanfront room. I would recommend screens on the rooms' sliding doors to be able to enjoy the ocean without the worry of bugs.
