I really don’t understand negative reviews about this hotel. We stayed here for the first time and only have good feedback to give. Staff super friendly and helpful,all requests were considered immediately. We didn’t hear any neighbours, the area where hotel is located is very quiet itself. Room service every 3days,clean bed sheets and towels. The AC worked great, sometimes we even felt cold :) So it’s good value for these money. The hotel is located close to restaurants,shops and the beach. Please consider that the mini fridge is not included in the price of room, we have rented it for 3€\day.

The working hours of pool could be extended Free ice would be nice

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location is ideal, near 3 lovely beaches and walking distance to Larnaca city centre.

Rooms were basic, fridge was extra and there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

This is the forth time I booked a stay at Cactus Hotel and first time I came with my, now, husband. At first, I looked at the negative reviews and comments about the hotel and was really surprised and wondered if the hotel had changed since Covid as I had a wonderful experience in 2018. Turns out, nothing have changed and Cactus is still a WONDERFUL hotel that offers a wonderful experience to their customers. The staff is just so nice, welcoming and here to help. There is nothing missing in the rooms and it was super clean and comfy. The hotel is very near the bus stops and on a direct line to the airport. Anyway, I could go on and on, thank you Cactus hotel for this exceptional stay, he will remember our time there.

We LOVED everything

Best for its price. Other affordable hotels nearby cannot be compared with Cactus. The room was light and clean with more or less fresh furniture. Bed linen was fresh and clean, there was a blanket/duvet which is not always available in cheaper hotels . The bed was comfortable at all.

The AC was not stable so it was difficult to warm up the room. The fridge is only upon request. No power outlet near the working table.

We had a late hospital trip and our flight was also delayed. We had a very long stressful say and the man at the desk on the evening of 17/9 made us feel so much better.ade us hot drinks even though the bar was closed, took us in after check out hours and even made us laugh. The rooms were satisfactory to what we needed for a night. My mum wasn't sure about staying in a 2 star however she was pleasantly surprised. We didn't have much of the breakfast as we needed a quick start but it was everything you could basically want. Bacon, eggs, pancakes, fruit, salad and yoghurt. Basic coffee but it was all we could've needed for an emergency night. Thank you so much!

Very good location if you are looking for something close to Mackenzie beach and the airport

The hotel has been purely renovated. It is an odd mixture of old and new. The sewage smell in the bathroom was bad and there were noisy guests throughout the whole night at the pool, that no one told off, so we couldn't sleep.

close to airport and bus stop, very convenient if you need to take an early flight. Bus stop is just 5 minutes walk and bus to airport is every 20 minutes and taking you there for 15 minutes.

i have the feeling that price you can get through booking is better than if you book directly with the hotel

not expensive. nice pool for hotel with 2 stars. bad was Good and comfortable. I did not had breakfast included and for 8 euro was good breakfast

older hotel, door on room was “short” and I could almost see who walk in corridor, could listen everything inside and even music in other room. some smell come from shower where water go and always was open window in bathroom.

When I arrived I was given a double room even though I booked a triple room. The receptionist said this was because I didn’t put an age on the booking for my daughter. After explaining I would like a triple room because I paid for one, luckily there was one available to give to me which they did so straight away.

Really appreciated the warm welcome at 1am by the receptionist when I arrived. Very easy check in and clean room with functioning wifi. The hotel has the expected facilities for its star rating and is not the most modern, but the staff really go out of their way to offer more. If passing through to the airport and on a budget, I'd certainly recommend Cactus. Clean and comfortable
