Best Western Hotel Vista

The staff at the reception was really friendly and super helpful. We were attending the festival and we were coming back late and were asleep during the breakfast so the hotel were preparing every day breakfast packages for us. The packages were exceptional, really really good. It included everything we liked. Room was nice and clean. Hotel is close to the tram and bus station.

It's always a pleasure to return to Best Western in Ostrava as we were kindly greeted by the receptionist. Easy going and rooms fulfill all the requirement one need to relax after a busy day of work. Bar's food is enjoyable for fair prices.

Rooms are a bit dated and the elevator is somewhat odd as you are required to take an lift to the second level and walk to another lift to proceed to your room.

I really appreciate staff, very professional and willing to advice. Breakfast was very tasty and a lot of to choose. The hotel is located close to bus/tram stop. Parking place is monitored. Small remark - there is small fee for parking (not sure if is mentioned in Booking description)

Very good breakfast, plenty of different stuff for choice, near to the hotel is a nice local pub called "U Helbicha". I can reccomend there "HELBICHOVO PLATO", which is lot of different kind of grilled and baked meat with some mustard, radish, chilli sauce, good local garlic bread.. etc.. Enough for four people..

Please change the music at the breakfast buffet. I'm so sick of listening to James Bond movie soundtrack every morning.

A nice, clean hotel with standard size room, aesthetic furniture, small but very clean and nice bathroom. They have very good breakfast and very nice staff. Hotel is located near a big, green park - good for jogging or walking.

Bar was open until 21:00 - but it was probably because of COVID restrictions. This time I took Deluxe Room, but honestly I think Business Rooms in this hotel are better.

Very clean room, friendly stuff! Surprise in room - small candy Pack! :) Very good sheet and pillow - had great sleep! Breakfest - georgious! Bigest tea selection I have seen on hotels. They even have vitamin table - where You can mix Water with vitamin drop for Your health! Place where return!

I like everything!

There were so many options for breakfast that I did not know what to choose, everything was delicious. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

- Price - Location (perfect if you just want to make a stop in a longer journey) - Very nice staff - Amazing breakfast - We received a little better room than we booked (maybe because it was our another stay here during this year... some kind of loyalty reward, dunno :P)
