Super clean everywhere. Good open buffet for breakfast, friendly staff, a great location, excellent value

I wish the internet was faster. Also, the elevator wasn't working on my floor but they promised to be fixed and maintained. if they just solve these 2 points they would be rated as perfect 10

The hotel is in a quiet street. The place is really clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The beds are really comfortable, just what you need after a long day exploring Cairo. I already stayed here twice and coming back again in a couple of days. Close also to the international airport.

Excellent location. Friendly staff especially George in reception, he was nice and helpful. Also Rasha and her colleague in room service. Small rooms but clean and good for the price. They have a nice bar downstairs and a nice rooftop upstairs.

Breakfast needs a little update. Hotel street is tiny. Bathroom always smelled something bad, don’t know why even when it was clean. Mattress of bed is so hard.

I booked 2 times in Golden Carven Hotel. It was super perfect when we landed with the whole family in a suite and the 2nd time was also great in a room with my Bro only but the Water heater in the wash room was not perfectly working and the water goes cold in 10 mins during wash. I could have requested help and I have no doubt that they would fix it immediately but I was super busy in a short trip.

Hotel was super clean , staff was friendly and really helpful The room I asked for was as excepted and cozy Tv had Netflix service as well When I asked for room service they responded right away, I asked for my blouse to be ironed and ready ASAP and they made that happen in 15 minutes I'm really satisfied for the treatment and response from staff as a whole ( reception, security , room service, bellhop) Check in and check out was smooth with no trouble

My stay was enhanced by the exceptional quality of our room, which was very nice and exceeded expectations. I extend my heartfelt thanks to Mr. Mohamed Khaled, whose extraordinary assistance greatly contributed to the enjoyment and comfort of our stay. His attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond made a significant difference.

We had booked a double room, as we had before. They kindly upgraded us to a suite, so this reference refers to room 501, a suite with a living room, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette, as well as a balcony. We had stayed at Golden Carven before, as it suits our needs very well and has a good location (close to family members). Staff is always friendly and helpful. The suite was spacious, and the showers are much better than in the regular rooms, where the shower curtains are in the way and do not really hold back the water. The suite bathroom has shower doors instead, that close. The balcony is nice, we just did not have a lot of time available to stay there and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee in the morning. There are some renovations ongoing at the moment. The last few days the stairwell was being painted, and the reception looked "fresher" with new colors as well. While during our previous stay there were some issues (e.g. some lights not working, but staff fixing things immediately), this time everything was great!

One of the elevators did not always work, but that was not really a big issue. And when you are late for breakfast there won't be many options available, but the staff bring you some food if you ask them.

Good friendly staff, some speak good English. Generally good for the price and Egyptian reality. Normal WiFi , food tolerable) You could get extra coffee ir water to the room for extra money

Surprising not to have a bottle of water on the room( No tea or coffee facilities. Cleanliness could be better

cleanliness, location. The staff, especially, the lady in the reception was extremely helpful and not only did she recommend the places to visit, but she eventually organized my activities in the city and booked me an English-speaking taxi driver who charged for his services at a reasonable price.

Parking can be challenging. Using the hotel garage is unclear. Staff is made up of very good quality people, but I believe 101 hospitality training or refresher is necessary. The reaction I receive when I approach any staff member is a little bit of concern and a very serious look rather than a warm smile although in the many times I approached them it has been for a pleasant remark or a quick question.
