Panorama Bungalows Resort El Gouna

We had a nice and pleasant stay at Panorama bungalows. Good location. Ten minutes walking to bars and restaurants in town. Ten minutes tuctuc to kite beach. Friendly staff. Thanks to Yasmina at the reception. Rooms were ok. One stay we had a nicer room. Second stay the room was bit more outdated which needed some small repairs. Also nice swimming pools, and next to a lagoon where you can book boatrides or snorkeling trip.s Overall good hotel! Price - quality also very good!

The experience from when I booked the trip to Panorama bungalows was excellent. Hossam the reservations manager was super attentive and arranged an airport pick up at a very inconvenient hour, he was above and beyond in the service he provided, we extended our stay and he did the admin part and he assisted with finding accommodation in Cairo, he was working late and coming to meet us personally to go through the details, very exceptional. This standard of service was the same for all hotel staff who were friendly, helpful and cheerful. Breakfast was excellent it was a huge buffet that offered plenty of choices and omelets made to order, you could sit outdoors overlooking the lake. We didn't do all inclusive as we wanted to experience the El Gouna 'downtown' dinner options which were 5 mins walking distance from the resort however, we had all inclusive on the last day and the dinner choices were also extensive and delicious. The spa and beauty treatments were really excellent value (try the Cleopatra package :-)) felt amazing afterwards. The boat trip to the beach is regular and Ayman is a great host at the beach bar and restaurant and that was fun. I am not a all inclusive resort type person but if you are its perfect with options for relaxation and being pampered too, also if you are a single more mature female travelling alone this place is a great option, you will feel totally safe, and the bungalows are cute and there are a few little shops in the complex and a nice jewelry shop and an ATM.

I think they could paint the rooms just to freshen them up a bit

Most of the stuff was super nice and helpful! We travelled with a 1 year old and the restaurant stuff always did their best to entertain her and get bananas even if they were not available in buffet. There was a good choice of food in the buffet (all inclusive) so you could always find something. The boat shuttle to beach is great!

The pasta chef (dinner) clearly served locals before foreigners, he put our half prepared dish on side to start cooking for locals as soon as they came to order. There were around 3-4 days where we were missing towels in our room upon arrival from beach but as it seemed the hotel just don’t have enough to change them without washing old ones and waiting them to try.

The facilities need to be renovated. Nice place but needs the hotel is a little dated. staff was great!

Team : friendly and professional Room : nice room (i was upgraded thanks :-)), clean, well equiped. Some rooms have their own private pool. Wifi : very good - dedicated wifi for the room Breakfast : good Location : very good - close to the "downtown" by 5min walk (ideal for restaurants, bars etc) & golf. Services : massage, access to a private beach by free boat.. Conclusion : Good quality/price

The exterior spaces (receptions, swimming pool, etc.) can be refreshed, but this is not a real problem.

Hey everyone! I had the most incredible time at the Panorama Hotel I stayed there for two nights and three days, and let me tell you, it was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with such warmth and hospitality. I want to give a huge shout out to Yasmina and Mustafa, who made my stay extra special. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had a fantastic experience. And let's not forget about Ibrahim, the superstar at the dining area! His service was outstanding, and he made every meal a true delight. Overall, the Panorama Hotel is a hidden gem that deserves a solid 10 out of 10! If you're looking for an unforgettable experience, this is the place to be. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

The staff were very friendly and helpful Ahmed and Hamdy from the reception helped us a lot, Samir the bar man and Ahmed in the restaurant were very nice and kind . The lagoon view bungalow is just perfect, we loved it.

They were undergoing construction during our stay and the labour were everywhere

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center, extremely clean & comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff Mr Hamdy ,he makes our trip more interesting with his advices & tips about the city ,supermarket ,shops,restaurants bars are within walking distance. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again MR Hamdy for going just that little step extra for the guests!! even miss Yasmin she was so great and helpful

I love it. everthing was great special thank you to Hamdy he is the one make it done also Hossam with his Turkish coffee area and bekhet the boat driver and youssef the person who have the smiley face ever make my bed wenderful design and he dose the room cleaner very well we will definitely come back
