The place was very cosy and the staff make you feel at home. It was easy to find location wise. Check in went through smoothly and pretty easy than some hotels. The room I was checked into was very nice, with all the necessary equipment provided. My favourite thing was probably the bed since it was so soft! Overall, I loved my stay at Hotel Victoria.

Romantic hotel with luxurious historical atmosphere. Lobby and restaurant were nicely decorated. Location was good near the shopping street and several restaurants, beach was within reasonable walking distance. Very charming place indeed.

Very nice Hotel, good location.
Only negative thing was with the breakfast. There is only one coffee machine (?) which is very slow. It takes for ever (3-4 mins) to make a cup of coffee. If (and when) there is always a queue for the coffee, how come the hotel has not purchased at least another coffee machines? Coffee it self was good.

Very classy place in an excellent location of Pärnu. The bed was the best one I've slept in during my one week's travel in the Baltics.
The room was very cosy and had a nice view. Even the small rooms seem OK by the size. The bathroom shower could only do with a renovation.

Very lovely staff. I asked if there would be a possibility to get something for vegans at the breakfast table. The receptionist said ofcourse. The cook prepared us a special meal with vegetables, they had lot´s of fruit, almond milk and pastries, oat meal with water... Also salads and hot potatoes with sauce.
Bathroom seemed to be a bit old.
