Tallink City Hotel

It was a magical stay for me and my family in Tallink City Hotel. The rooms were spacious and sparkling clean, beds were super comfortable (especially my parents' double bed, I couldn't resist jumping on it haha). I loved the modern design of the hotel- the decor, the furniture in the rooms and other hotel amenities such as the lobby, the elevators and staircase. By the way the staircase has 10 floors and can also be used as a functional training ground where you can follow the guidelines and choose between the different types of training, and it really gets your heartrate up! I love such approach! Of course, the breakfast buffet was amazing- it had lots of variety of delicious foods, gluten free, vegan and lactose free options included, and even ice cream and mini donuts! The staff was super friendly and professional. The location of the hotel was another great advantage, right in the city center and close to the old town with all the sights!

Maybe only that my family didn't want to wake up early enough for breakfast, because I recommend to come as early as possible since it gets crowded quickly and the ones who don't fit in on the first floor are directed downstairs, there's another breakfast buffet with all the same foods, but no sunlight since it's on the -1 floor. But it's not a big deal, really

we were absolutely amazed from this hotel! it is in a top location (Old Town and harbour is only 10 minutes away by walk), currently they renew the street in fron of the hotel, because of the very good windows you will hear nearly nothing from that scenery, the personal was astonishing, very calm, very friendly and absolutely professional (you will not find this in every hotel in the last years), the hotel has a very modern style, nearly everything feels precious, our room was fantastic, we have booked the premium room which is on a suite-level in other hotels, the rooms was perfectly cleaned every day, the bathroom was big enough, the bed was a dream ;-), the hotel bar was also very good, with very good drinks and also professional staff finally, the price/performance-ratio was brilliant, you feel like in a 5-star-hotel, please keep going on this way, we are looking forward to come back

nearly nothing, a little bit more water pressure in the ninth floor would bring more performance in the shower I think, but that's details

A great room, beautiful lobby and a good location. Perfect hotel to have a great time in Tallinn! Very clean, a good airco and comfortable rooms.

The hotel is new and in quite good shape. The design is quite nice. Even the pull-out sofa was comfortable, like a real bed. The kids enjoyed using the playroom downstairs and relaxing in the lobby. We didn't have a chance to try the breakfast because we left early in the morning. The front desk staff was helpful and printed a document for us.

Although the hotel was in a central location, we found the stores were closing early and the prices in the hotel lobby were very high for something like bottled water. It would be nice to make it complimentary.

I really liked the elegance of the hotel, breakfast is gorgeous 🔥 have been staying at this hotel already few times. Very clean! Rituals products at the shower - one love 😍 Kids room is small, but still good that it is there. We got a crib for our 1yo daughter and fully ready extra bed for our 6yo daughter. We got big and clean bath and few bottles of still water as a compliment for us. Unfortunately outside the hotel is a big renovation project going on, but it did not effect us at all. Thank you for comfort stay.

Really everything was perfect! All staff very polite, nice, helpfull and so on! Hotel renovated, lounge area you can use long hours, it's 24hour bar where you can buy yourself wine or strong drinks. Breakfast very good!

Room was booked for 3, but room was prepared for two. Then I called to reception and after few minutes everything was delivered. Something wrong with electricity in our room - if key in, lamps turned off, electricity short circuit. It's just some moments where to repair 😉

Very nicely designed, recently renovated hotel close to the city center with very good restaurant downstairs.

The "Double or Twin Room Connecting" could have been expected to be slightly larger ;)

[+] stylish, elegant hotel in the city center (the lobby areas are really great!:) [+] professional, friendly and helpful staff [+] good comfy bed (although pillows too hard for our taste) [+] bathroom on the smaller size but with excellent shower [+] fast wi-fi [+] room for ironing and washing clothes [+] delicious breakfast buffet [+] private parking [+] walking distance (3 min) from Tallinn Old Town and all the sightseeing location [+] hotel across from 2 shopping centers, dining streets and a park [+] 15 minutes walking distance from Tallinn ferry terminal

[-] room too small for 2 people, with barely any space (~1 meter) around the bed -- we weren't able to open both of our mid sized luggages at the same time, without rearranging/moving the furniture (table) in the room, and also having space to walk in the room [-] not a deal-breaker, but the air-conditioning wasn't properly calibrated for a hot 28-30C summer day, especially with half the rooms facing the sun the entire day -- not being able to get the temp down to 22C in such a small room [-] not a deal-breaker, but the parking lot is small (~20 cars?) and doesn't have a ramp access to the hotel, so luggages need to be carried up a few stairs -- also for such a large hotel a 1-2 story deep underground parking would've been a much more comfortable option

Good location, recently renovated hotel. Decent breakfast. Overall very comfortable and spacious room, very quiet. Great windowpanes to sit and enjoy the view. Very good darkening curtains. Good hotel for traveling with kids (play area downstairs).

Bed was too soft (feels very good at first, but the back does not approve later). And if to be picky, some of the features in the room were not very optimal, like nowhere to hang outside clothes (if there's more than 1 jacket), no where to hang a towel in the bathroom, soap dispenser placed far from basin, etc.

Very clean and spacious rooms! Everything was brand new and nicely decorated. Breakfast buffet was also good, and we liked it was available up until 11am. Rooms were quiet too. Good value for money.

Pillow were too big but you could request a smaller one so no issues really. Also, the whole area nearby the hotel is hugely under construction but at least during the weekend there was no noise from the street. And the rooms had good noise proofing.
