Comfortable room with excellent service.
WiFi was a little weak, however the local celular service plan is the same, and can be purchased nearby. An iPhone clinic is next door and the cellphone internet and data plan store is down the street.

Location is very central walking distance from Edna Shopping mall yet far enough to not be bothered by beggars all the way. Nice restaurants and small shops are near by but the chef of the house makes yummy food so that room service food or going down to the restaurant is good to fill your stomach. Turning left from the entrance you will find a traditional culture place of Ethiopian traditional dances and rural food.
Engineering maintenance team did not always follow up on request to fix things in the room like missing screws ..

Loved the rooms, very clean and inviting. The bed was extremely comfortable. Staff was friendly and simple. I felt very welcome!
I assumed room came with breakfast but it did not. They did not make that clear during check-in.

I had a hot water issue and the manager promptly solved it. I was even given an upgrade to an executive suite room. Airport shuttles were prompt

The hotel has a great location and very helpful staff. The restaurant and room service are very tasty and with big variety. I appreciated the option to have the included breakfast served in my room. The bed are very comfortable and the room os very clean and spacious.
