Hôtel Oxo

The staff was graciously friendly even with the small language barrier. The Wi-Fi was great. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean and the air conditioner in the room worked wonderfully. The location was fantastic as many restaurants were close by and it was a short walk to the beach. If you are planning on traveling low key and want a pleasant place to stay that is no frills and no stress I would recommend Hotel Oxo.

We were aware that there was no elevator. This was not an issue for us but may be for others looking for a place to stay if stairs are difficult. There was staff on hand to carry your luggage and this was a pleasant surprise.

The Hotel Oxo, 100%🥂🍾 Location is perfect, 8 minutes walk to Center, or Casino and Promenade. Parkhouse right behind Hotel with a little park for dogs. Rooms are really nice and clean and had a kettle for a cuppa 👍. Staff extremely nice and helpful, especially Cynthia the Receptionist. It's a very dog friendly hotel👍 . Don't try the Thai Restaurant down the road, it must be hard to produce such un-authentic Thai food. Great dog friendly hotel 👍👍👍

The balcony was really nice. I had been solo travelling in hostels so it was a nice and refreshing stay. it was a really lovely town. Would deffo stay again!

There was nothing I didn't like. It was a bit expensive but that's just the price of biarritz.

The location is perfect and everything's within a walking distance. Room was somewhat small though it had everything we need for one night stay and it was very functional as well. Breakfast was also nice.

When I booked this hotel at first it seemed as the parking was included in the price. But then at the reception desk on checking in I was told that they don't have any spot (left) and that I could park in a nearby Indigo parking/garage which is indeed next to the hotel which was a good thing but it added up 15 eur to the price.

Hotel is clean, room has air conditioning, excellent shower. Very comfortable stay here. Location is very central too. Would recommend for a stay in Biarritz.

We did not have breakfast The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming The nice lady on reception booked us a taxi and allowed us to leave our bags until we were ready to leave Cosy hotel with a small deck we could share with my family

nice, clean place, english speaking staff, good food

room was really cold, even setting max temperature was still cold, max is 24 but it felt more like 20. I’ve been freezing

Great location 5 minutes from the beach and close to restaurants and Carrefour supermarket; very friendly staff; clean rooms

No elevator; no English language TV channels

Support for after hours check in. Friendly staff. Well maintained facilities; everything works as expected. Availability of air-conditioning, hot water. Great location.

Cozy little hotel close walking distance to every thing.. very comfortable room .... the bed was great.... I slept good.. I wish we stayed another night...
