The size of the apartment was great for a family. The location was good but we could not get an uber nor a taxi to take us to the train station, possibly because it was too close (30 min walking), so that was tough with 2 kids and lots of baggage. Beds were great.

There was a coffee pot, but no coffee. I prefer when there is a nespresso machine and 2 capsules.

Easy place to stay - 10 minutes walk to the centre Staff very friendly and helpful Basic but suited us fine for a 3 night stay The bonus was being able to leave our luggage for free after check out and also the free water machine which also had sparkling

It would have been better with a bit more kitchen equipment like a kettle and a hob with 4 rings instead of 2 We didn't bother cooking in the end. Kept everything shut because it was easy to jump over the balconies on both sides Wasn't ideal to have to clean up and take bins out on the last day

The room was very clean and everything worked well, easy to get in in an automated way which is wonderful when you arrive in the night, the services in the room and the facilities were perfectly fine. The location is very central so that was really perfect! Staff was kind and helpful.

The hallway on the third floor didn't smell good... at all, for the 3 nights we stayed. There was a very unpleasant smell lingering in the hallway. The room, however, was fine and this was limited to the hallways, so probably something to do with the carpeting or some rubbish.

A good aparthotel, which is on the outskirts of the city, but close to tram and bus stops. room was clean and comfy.

a little short of all the crockery and cutlery needed to utilise the kitchen properly.

For what it is, you are not expecting luxury, and what you pay for it was quite pleasant. It is very useful to have a small cooking station.

The cooking station can deal with an update of having induction plates instead of those old inefficient electric cooking plates that take long to heat up and don't provide enough heat.

It would maybe be easier if we could enter in the room before 3pm

The room was great, everything was there, shower and bed were fine. Would recommend.

The acoustics weren’t really good, so it was a bit noisy. The street next to the room wasn’t really busy, but I could hear clearly every car that passed. That was the only downside, I still slept okay.

Clean, cosy, cute style, comfortable, close to the center

Finding keys, "check-in" process with no reception/working hours period. Difficult to open the locker to get the keys.

Clean, compact but with everything we needed. Two big fans helped cool both rooms down and staff were lovely.

Everything was as advertised and so nothing to dislike
