Perfect for a family overnight stop when travelling south from Calais. Excellent staff who speak many languages. Good food, clean and good value hotel for a short stay. Excellent continental style breakfast. The ensuite bathroom was very good.We had 2 rooms to accommodate our family. One room had twin beds, and the other had a double plus a pull.out sofa bed. Both rooms were quite adequate for our needs during our short stay,

The hotel has a 24h reception which mean that you can check in any time and you can also check out anytime . In our case we arrived at the hotel around 10pm and the checkin was very smooth and the reception is very friendly . The hotel is with gate so if your traveling/roadtrip and you want to have an overnight stop this hotel is very recommendable and they have a free/safe parking for your car. The hotel is also with breakfast included to the price when you book it. the cheese was very delicious for me i love it.

Very quick and effortless check-in with friendly staff welcoming us. Also the restaurant staff was very friendly. Despite the many guests and inherent work, all staff members were friendly and courteaous.

Given the full restaurant, servicing/kitchen staff seem to have challenges with timely delivery and we had to wait quite an extensive time for our dinner. Also upon checkout the reception was not staffed and it took some time for someone to appear after the buzzer was used.

The location was perfect for us traveling, as it's just off the motorway. It's situated next to a shopping mall, not a picturesque setting but offering a choice of places to shop, get petrol, and eat, although the hotel had its own attached restaurant which I believe was very good, (we didn't use it).Rooms were of a good size, modern decor, with a really comfortable bed. There were no tea making facilities in the room, I guess that it's cheaper for the hotel to offer a complimentary drinks station ' in reception. Breakfast was good, typically continental style.

Rooms clean and comfortable, if a little basic, but more than adequate for an overnight stay. Welcoming for my pet dog, good, reasonably priced dinner and an excellent spread for breakfast with fresh bread and pastries, cold meats and cheeses, fresh orange juice, yoghurts etc. Location is great if you are travelling south on the motorway

Decor is all very drab and common areas looking a little tired. Bathrooms could do with some updating

Location is great. Just off the motorway but rooms are silent. Food was good. Courte Paille is always ok just not cordon bleu!

We stayed at this hotel already, so the choice was easy. It is perfectly located close to the highway. There is a spacious parking and a restaurant. Quite good to spend a night and continue the trip.

The lady at the reception was very friendly. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the people in the restaurant. After we were seated, we waited about 15 minutes, and no-one even came to us. I had to stand up and call a waiter, but almost no-one spoke any English.

The staff was absolutely amazing, they went beyond their duties to help and satisfy us. I never put a 10 but they deserved it! Lots of parking, quietness of the room, i warmly recommend it!

There was road works the whole night at the time of our stay but thanks to the staff, we had a very resting night!

Ultra modern restaurant style (too old for that!) Menu was fully in French and my language skills and staff's Englush skills made translation a challenge.

The room was really quiet until you opened the window and the noise of the A7 was very noisy all night. If you sleep with Air con on and no windows open you will be fine. We had room 401. Staff were very helpful and reception/consiege doubled as bar waiter and cleaning of reception/bar area tables. Restaurant ok limited menu, and connected to hotel. Breakfast plenty of choice.

Restaurant ok, as a vegetarian limited menu, would have liked to have seen a couple of pasta meals. A dedicated bar manager (realise an additional cost) is needed, as the consiege and also restaurant waiting staff all breaking off from their usual role to take orders and serve drinks, leading to customer dissatisfaction.
