B&B HOTEL Calais Terminal Cité Europe 3 étoiles

This B&B is in very convenient location for the Euro Tunnel and with safe parking. We have stayed here several times and with every visit here we found it's always been very clean, the beds are very comfortable with nice crisp clean sheets (no dodgy bedding). There's a fair choice of on the evening menu and the food was good. The petite Caesar salade was delicious.and enough for my wife. The Mountain burger I chose was excellent and tasty, no meagre portions here. On the evening we were able to enjoy a game of pool. Breakfast there was a reasonable choice of what you would expect, Continental and English, didn't see any mushrooms. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. We have found them to be really helpful. The receptionist as we went to book in remembered us from a previous stay. Thank you.

The lighting was adequate but I would have liked a bit more lighting in the ground floor room we were in. I personally found it a bit too dim. The shower room was bright which was fine.

Location perfect for Eurotunnel, reception staff friendly, very good facilities even a pool table! What you see is what you get, it’s your normal type hotel room with all the facilities required. We just stopped for a night before using the tunnel and the price is very good. Cheapest about and not sure you’ll get better even if you’re using it for a normal hotel room and not for the tunnel. Lots of space too and free parking. If we need to use a hotel again for the tunnel won’t even look at booking anywhere else, it’ll be straight here

The room, although small, was fine for a night. The shower was excellent (good water pressure). The staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. We were concerned initially about security in the car park but we need not have worried as there were lots of police vehicles parked there, plus good lighting and cameras.

I didn't enjoy dinner but it may have been that I was tired. Other guests seemed to be enjoying the food.

Delighted to find a hotel from a group we've known well over the years close to the exit from Eurotunnel and right at the entry to the A26. That location made a morning start for the long drive south a huge bonus. Food in the hotel was excellent in quality, and at a fair price when considered with others. Friendly, helpful staff. If we use the Tunnel again (quite a big "if" right now) we will definitely use this hotel.

A couple of lines of directions from Eurotunnel (we were first-time users) in the hotel's publicity would have helped. For example, "Drive up the exit ramp from the train, and turn left at the T-junction at the top. You'll soon see the hotel on your right." We followed Waze, stupidly, turned right and went round the roads, though we wasted a few minutes only on that trip.

We have stayed at this hotel several time previously when it was an Ibis hotel. There are now 3 B & B hotels next to each other: a two star, a three star and a four star. The staff were very welcoming. Room was a bit dated but as it was only for one night, it was not a problem.We had dinner in the restaurant which was excellent as was the service. Its disappointing that so few residents have their evening meal in the restaurant as its such good value for money. Unlimited parking which is always a bonus and excellent wifi connection. No hesitation in recommending this hotel.

We used this hotel as jumping off point from Calais on our way to Rouen. We travelled by Eurotunnel and arrived at the hotel at 9.30pm. The car park is o.k with plenty of spaces. The room was clean and the shower was o.k The Hotel is less than 5 minutes drive from where you get off the train. Check in staff were friendly and efficient. There are a number of places within 5 minutes walk where you can eat a meal and get a drink. All are open until 11.00pm. The hotel does a breakfast for an extra fee, but we didn’t try it due to wanting to get on the road.

The window only opens about half an inch and the air conditioning does work. This means the room can get a bit humid after you have had a shower.

During my stay I had a language barrier to talk to the Vets for my dogs worming medication so I came down to the reception and asked one of the lady there for help and she helped me get an appointment through the phone to the vets on the day I requested without any hesitation. And also all the lady's working there were very nice to me and my family very highly recommended place to stay

Pleasant english speaking receptionist. 10 mins. drive to Eurotunnel.Comfortable bed, bathroom small but an excellent shower, plenty of hot water andkettle in room. Good evening meal with pleasant staff-20 EU for 2 courses or a la carte more expensive but good, portions good size. Dog could stay for 12EU. (There are 4 different grades of hotel on this site, we stayed in 3 etoiles,(3star) we initially went to the 2 star by mistake which didnt look as nice. Prices incuding for dog stay go up or down according to which star hotel youre in.) Quiet even though we were by lifts.

I was in room 43. This is ideal if you have dogs but WHY do we have to put up with such an appalling floor. I felt quite giddy with the whirls and squirls. A pleasant vinyl fake wooden floor would have been nice. The floor looked cheap and nasty. NOT 3 star hotel standard. Very disappointed. I did not enjoy using the room for this reason. Next time I might give your hotel a miss and cross over to Folkestone. Not enough choice for vegetarians for dinner.

Superb Friendly staff , very accommodating Went for the rugby in Lille so overnight stay for 4 consecutive weekends . Opened the kitchen late at night so we could get a meal , so kind. Very safe area, police everywhere, in a good way as most of them stay here . Was worried about parking our big car , but lots of parking , well lit and very secure Would definitely recommend for an overnight stop whilst visiting frame /uk
