Hilton Evian Les Bains

Excellent breakfast. Good that children had access to the outdoor pool all day, this was really great for us and our 7 year old around our activities. Friendly staff. Helpful when we had queries, and when we wanted to use the electric charger. Comfy beds and pillows! Had a few evening meals in the hotel, preferred the more low key Yacht Cafe in terms of variety of menu and options for children.

I thought the outdoor pool could have been cleaner, plus bits of the drain covers kept coming loose. Everywhere else was spotless. Wasn't clear that there were special kids' breakfast options you had to ask for, but we asked once we realised.

Return visit. I liked sharing this hotel experience with my family. We appreciated the quality of the breakfast (though we suggest going early to breakfast). We love the pools (indoor & outdoor), we like that there is underground parking right at the hotel. We like that there is a good choice of restaurants nearby and that the famous Evian golf course is just a few minutes away. We love that the rooms at this hotel have balconies. The bathrooms are also well designed - most rooms have both a bathtub and a separate shower. Very good pillows and plenty of pillows in the rooms. We also really like the spa located in the hotel with sauna and steam room. Some of us have tried massages at the spa which were very good. If you book a spa appointment you have access to a very nice meditation / relaxation room as well.

The spa area has no jacuzzi or pool with jets. The hotel is a bit "tired" (dents in walls, stains on carpet, cracked counter tops). And - as a compliment to the staff - the service is so good and the overall experience of this hotel is so good that when something is off (for example, not enough toilet paper or the room being cleaned a bit late), you notice it.

I really appreciated the indoor pool and relaxing atmosphere of the spa / wellness area, the large size of the room with balcony, the lovely bathroom with separate bathtub and shower, the pillows! I also enjoyed that spa treatments are available in this hotel, as is the option for half-board (breakfast and dinner). The dinner choices were very good. Internet was great in the room for working. The service was good everywhere and the employees were polite, helpful, and friendly in all areas of the hotel. Parking under the hotel and having help with luggage at arrival & departure was nice as well.

This hotel is in Evian. With dinner, a bottle of Evian costs 6 Euros 50. The half-board is wonderful but drinks are not included (which is not shocking, we expected to pay for things like wine). It might be a good idea to include just one bottle of Evian water in the half-board option with the dinner meal. It's a tiny annoyance - more about level of class than actual cost. Would have loved a jacuzzi or pool with jets in the wellness area. / But please note - overall I rate this hotel 9/10 and had a great stay!

The staff were very friendly and efficient and the concierge was extremely helpful when we wished to organise a dinner cruise on the lake. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. The pool was excellent and we were lucky enough to be upgraded to an executive room with use of the lounge where we enjoyed the view and the aperitif.

TV noise from adjoining room on first night and noise outside from a large group the second night. We slept very well on the remaining two nights. I found it odd that there was only one bedside table in an executive double room in a four star hotel. I had to shift some heavy furniture to put a table by the bed. The food in the restaurant was excellent but unfortunately after a 45 minute wait one of our meals arrived piping hot and the other was stone cold. I ate it anyway realising that a complaint would result in another long wait.

The spa was lovely, the pool outside was great. The rooms are super beautiful and spacious, and the service is amazing.

The bed was very hard for me. There was a small dirty towel on the side table of the bed when we entered. The breakfast was ok but nothing special, not a great choice of fruit, no freshly-made omelettes. In order to eat at the restaurant of the hotel, you have to go outside, which is very uncomfortable at this time of the year. The parking is very expensive and fits only very small cars (all the walls bear signs of car scratches).

The location is amazing and the staff is welcoming even if there were more people. The rooms and any facility of the hotel are spacious which is very much appreciated when traveling with a baby. Restaurants are a nice.

Access to the pool should be included with the room rate, that's why you are going to a hotel in lieu of a small property or hotel.

The room was spacious with very good view of lake. The breakfast was good and the atmosphere was very pleasant. One of the best thing was bikes which was free and the hotel’s guests can rent it free of charge 👌

It was good if the parking was free… I wish the shower had better quality

Hotel now in need of renovation / updating. Room carpet very tired / dirty. Heating system was not functioning properly in our room (we were offered a heater)

my wife forgot money and her credit card in the safe they called us to let us know and matter was sorted out. thank you for your ethics. we really appreciate it amazing staff.
