Kyriad Prestige Les Sables d'Olonne - Plage - Centre des Congrès

It was very clean and had everything you could need for a short stay. It had a lovely rooftop area. It was near lots of restaurants and the beach. Les Sables is a lovely place for a holiday.

Parking was a little difficult as the carpark across the road was very hard to get in and out of. There were plenty of places once you negotiated the entrance.

The hotel is very close to the beach, there are many restaurants and bars nearby. You can do a lot of things from here. Our room was a bit small and a bit unfashionable, but everything worked and the beds were comfortable. There was a small breakfast buffet, even with egg variations and savoury dishes.

A very clean and tidy hotel located close to many bars and restaurants The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very good. The rooftop terrace gave fine views of the harbour and town on a chilly but sunny morning.. Parking nearby was possible though possibly on busy seasons it would be wise to use the adjacent multistorey garage.

The hotel is OK, if somewhat expensive for what it has. Just for the record - our "seafront" room didn't have the direct view of the sea, just a small fraction of the sea visible beyond a big building in between. But you can grab a cheaper room and use their rooftop terrace to enjoy a nice view.

To shower involved climbing into a bath. To elderly people like me (81) this is difficult and dangerous. To park; sign in at hotel, receive card, find your way round town to arrive at car park -30m away but on a one-way street. If this had been properly explained before arrival it would have been much easier.

Location, less than 2 minute walk to the beach from the room. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice and nice dining room. Lovely roof terrace to watch sunsets from and relax.

Would have been nice to have bar service on the roof terrace. Fridge in the room would have been handy.

Breakfast excellent. Plenty of choice. Fresh great.

The Casino closes at 3am. If you take a sea view room (excellent) you are treated to noise at 12-3am.

Large room with tea and coffee making facilities. Brightly lit corridors and nautical theme. Roof balcony. Massive choice at breakfast including alternative to cows milk. Secure place for our bicycles. Warm welcome on arrival.

The only thing was that there were only 2 tea bags in our room.

Thin walls. Needs better insonorisation. Lack of toiletries such as shower cap. More decoration in the room would have been nice - a bit bare. Would say it’s a 3 star and not 4.

everything very clean. Very evident in rooms as carpet is solid color black which shows up the slightest dust, but the cleaning is so though it is as if new Kettle in rooms, hurray! Given a water and tea/coffee goodie bag in checking in During Covid breakfast delivered to room, eat on balcony, albeit very small

Receptionist only avail from 3pm, so can't arrive at 14h45 and book in because there is, no one there to meet you. If you ring, as I did, you told receptionist will be there at 3pm!
