The queue at breakfast; placement of food in the corner of the room doesn’t allow guests to efficiently reach food/drinks; moving coffee/drinks, sweet vs salty items in different corners/tables or in the middle of the room could definitely help

The rooms were clean and comfortable with room to put the cloths away. The hotel was quiet and there is a grass all around the hotel which my little doggy truly liked.
We received rooms right off the elevator and heard the elevator rumbling all night long. We were told that there are no other rooms available, guessing by the number of cars in the parking lot at 9PM was probably not the truth. The breakfast was poorly attended by the staff and the variety of food usually available was not on the buffet.

The carpet was stained and the grout between the bathroom tiles was mouldy. The bathroom was quite dusty.
